Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.20 mm nominal dia Pipes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting rain water guter of suitable size etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 16 mm thick , mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for plateform, of required size,approved shade, black colour and texture laid over pink marble 16 mm thick joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish including 15mm Bibcock swan neck, CPVC pipe 20mm and outlet pipe PVC 110mm including fitting and fixtures and Laboratory sink etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing 16 mm thick pink marble ,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, of required size,approved shade, colour and sandwitched with pink marble 16 mm thick in vertical partition for kitchen plateform joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Brick work with chimny brick of superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

P/F aluminium fixed partition in powder coated aluminium section medium gauge with 4mm glass / 12mm board ISI marked including fitting with clip, rubber as required with screws, etc all fittings and fixtures as required and desired byE-in-C

Providing and fixing under cabinet in exiting structure with SS drawers of required size in symmetry and soft close hinges of make GODREJ/ EPCO/ BLUM and other fittings including handles 100 mm long , as needed and plyboard/blockboard 16mm of approved make and mica 0.75 mm on front and balancing laminication on back. The under cabinet of the platform will be made of ply board with mica on top with fitted with hinges including all fittings and fixtures etc. complete.as required as per site requirement and instruction and decision of E-in-c.
