Demolition of brick work of stone/boulder/PCC block masonry, build in cement mortar including all for ashlars facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling

M&L for Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from surfaces of walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ready mix plaster in cement mortar ( 1:6) , 15mm thick on wall surface of brick or PCC block or stone surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Ready mix plaster ,5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls, including filling of cracks/holes by crack filler, removing unnecessary nails and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, plastered or unplastered old surfaces of ceiling, including filling of cracks by crack filler, removing unnecessary nails and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment to floor/slab/wall sunken portion with demolition of PCC with plaster of entire sunken area (bottom, sides & top upto dado level), removal of floor trap and soil pipes including removal of demolished material exc 500m and n exc 1000m, fix the soil pipe, 20mm dia 200mm projected GI spout pipe through wall fill the gap between pipe and left out opening with PCC Type B0, 1:2:4 with using WPC cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance with brush etc of entire surface properly, applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions, on the bottom/slab and sides/beams/walls upto dado level of sunken area, prepration of surface and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/4Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2Sqm, after drying of surface fill the sunken area with water for 24 hrs for the testing of leakage/seepage if leakage/seepage not observed, filling the sunken floor/area with PCC (1:5:10) using brick bat mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions,, including placing of 75mm new CI floor trap, rendering again 40mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions, over PCC/ top area, applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC liquid Conplast 421 as per manufacurer's instructions, on the 40mm thick rendering, and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/4Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2Sqm over 10mm thick rendering/top surface, area of floor exc 1.20Sqm but n exc 2.00Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Nitoproof 100/120 and WPC Conplast - 421 will be used of Fosroc or Equivalent make.
