Dismantling of unservicable ACSR or AAC conductors all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed. (Demolition of concrete etc. and excavation to be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of BOQ).

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work, concrete cable covers and sand cushioning and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing as in replacement HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & Labour for HT cable route indicator reading "MES HT UG 11 KV Cable" and route of cable with arrow, made out of CI in square shape of size 200mm x 200mm x 10mm with 150mm leg fixed in PCC pre-cast block of 250mm x 250mm x 1000mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for earth pit, RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both way with MS handle 12 mm dia, charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for projection of earth lead, wire mesh and connected to earth point including taking down old salvage value items including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out all as specified & directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes)

Supply & Fix in replacement MS tube light grade galvanised of size 80mm dia with all fittings and laid in trenches / under roads/ under floors/ fixing on poles and walls with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV, Type 1, flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection, confirming to IS : 5820-1970 and having minimum average load breaking strength 200 Kg/Sqcm complete all as specified. NOTE: The sample of precast concrete cable cover will be got tested from Govt approved Lab as decided by GE and cost of testing is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV, Type 1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm for cable protection, confirming to IS : 5820-1970 and having minimum average load breaking strength 200 Kg/Sqcm complete all as specified. NOTE: The sample of precast concrete cable cover will be got tested from Govt approved Lab as decided by GE and cost of testing is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to pole etc. including dismantling/ breaking the existing concrete all as specified including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer 315 KVA, Energy Efficient level 2 conforming to latest IS for transformer, Outdoor type, step down (11/0.433 KV) (Vector group DYN-11) copper wound, HT 11 KV 3 Phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire ,50 Hz ,oil immersed, naturally cooled type with OFF load tap changing switch on HT side to vary secondary voltage + 2.5% to + 7.5% with standard fitting including cable box, oil temperature indicator range 0-120 degree C, accessories as per latest IS-1180 and as per manaufacturer's design including making necessary connections and arrangements as needed for provisioning at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The rates include for supplying transformers with standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing, testing and commissioning. (b) Initial oil filling to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength) shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead protected with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point, earth plate electrode surrounded by mixer of common salt and charcoal dust, including 20 mm dia GI watering pipe 'medium grade', funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, RCC chamber cover 80 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, excavating & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) and testing on completion including taking down old salvage value items complete all as specified and directed. Material & Labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified

Rendering 15mm thick i in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white ,with letters and conventional skull and bone in postal red color and fixed with flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts , and washers of size 250mmx200 mm for HT complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (Note:-The printing shall be hand written only stencils embossing shall not be allowed and size of letter shall be 50x10 mm (height x width)

Supply and fix in replacement Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive or one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of super enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated complete all as specified and as directed.
