Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30 M.

Providing and laying cement concrete with 40mm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3

M-150 brick work in 1:5 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms from the site of work.

12mm thick plaster in with cement and approved course sand in proportion 1:4 over brick work.

Providing wall putty on New surface with approvel quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats incuding supply of all materials.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interior and exteriors using Two or more coats applied on walls @1.25 ltr/10 sqm.

Painting with two coat of air blown bitumen 80/50@about 1.7 kg/sqm including cost of fuel if any.

Cladding work with 30mm white sand stone work exposed face fine dressed with rough backing for wll lining etc.

Steel work in grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, ralling, bracket, gates and similar works welded in built up section framed work.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (Two or more coat) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specification.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in an over all rates).

Supply and Fixing 3mm Thick crown Golden sculpture of size 1200mm circular based diameter & height 1310mm used primary material SS-316 with PVD Coating of weight 200 kg.

Supplying and Fixing out Door Tower Clock-5 Feet's Electro mechanical movement made with waterproof high precision hard and rust free stainless steel and brass wheel, center shaft, warm wheel center wheel, conon pinion, Hour wheel, Minute wheel.

Supplying and fixing G.I. box alongwith modular base & cover plate of modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10KA 'C' curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing M.C.B. DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. Required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit as required.

Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC indulated copper conductor single core cable.
