Supply of surface mounting LED type flood light luminaire with minimum luminous output of 6000 Lumens and wattage approx 60W having IP65 protection with integral driver unit having five years guarantee for the complete LED fixture etc. complete as required.

Supply of surface mounting LED type flood light luminaire with luminous output of 3000 Lumens and wattage approx 30W having IP65 protection with integral driver unit having five years guarantee for the complete LED fixture etc. complete as required.

Supply of dust & jet water proof, corrosion insulated IP 66 cable junction box of size 130mm x 130mm x 77mm deep made of Thermoplastic along with minimum 04 nos. of terminal blocks and 02 nos. of syntec threaded cable glands and 01 no. grommets suitable for loop in loop out of 4 core x 4 sqmm. Power cable (similar to Hensel model no.:- KF 0606 G for junction box with terminals, glands, grommets etc.)

Supply of following size and conductor XLPE insulated armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade, confirming to IS 7098 (Part – I) with upto date amendment.

4 core x 4 sqmm Copper Conductor (preferably in white / Ivory colour if available)

Supplying and fixing of suitable size GI / MS strip bracket of suitable length to fix on MS Pillars / Beam of the canopy for mounting of 03 nos LED light fittings and cable junction box including anti corrision painting, making holes,bending the strips to the required shape etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED light fixture of all types with all accessories directly on metal structure of canopy including connection with three core 1.5 sqmm round flexible copper cable etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of thermoplastic jucntion boxes of size 130mm X 130mm X 77mm deep with all accessories directly on metal structure of canopy etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, vertical type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts on metal structure of canopy complete with tinned copper bus bas, neutral link, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required (But without MCB / RCCB/Isolator).

4 way (4 + 12), Double door, suitable for three phase incoming and three phase outgoings

Supplying and fixing following rating 415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sqmm on the members of metal structure of canopy with suitable fixing arrangement etc. complete as required.

Laying 1 No. PVC insulated, PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sqmm. in the existing RCC/HUME/ STONEWARE / GI /HDPE pipe etc. as required.

Supplying and making indoor end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium / copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and making end termination with existing PVC gland and providing aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith the existing wiring / cable as required.
