S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side prelam PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails, bottom rail, panelling of both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement in the frame at site as per specification and drawing

Taking down existing unserviceable main switches/ distribution boards/Fuse Units of any description alongwith MCBs/MCCBs and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surrounding finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI earth wire 4 MM Dia as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel with wire mesh,. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.
