Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with Granite, trap or Basalt, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 @ 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying eApplying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed. , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint white or golden yellow confirming to BS-3262 appled on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2 mm, with an including combination of retro reflective glass beads 250-300gm/Sqmall as per manufacture's instruction, using thermoplastic applicaton unit etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (PVC (SWR), Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 300mm bore including accessories set in cement mortar and removing rubbish from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, and ramoving to a distance n exc 50 mtr , all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks(old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar(1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Continuous brick edging ; with burnt clay brick of sub class B brickswidth equal to the width of the brick laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting or uprooting grass/vegetation etc on old road surfaces and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
