   Bulk/Full order will be placed on the firm having satisfactory past performance of supplying same item. Authorized dealers/agents are required to participate along with tender specific authorization from the manufacturer otherwise their offers will be summarily rejected. Authorization given by the authorized dealer will not be considered a valid offers and such offers are summarily rejected. No back reference will be entertained on either side.
