M&L for roughing surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including T/d tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.50 Kg/ sqm including 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with WPC (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and providing Atactic Polyoropylene polymer (APP) modified five layered prefabricated WP membrane with thermal fusible properties on both side having minimum 3.00mm thick and unit weight not less thaan 4.00kg /sqm reinforced with non woven spun bonded polyester reinforcement < -2 C cold flexibility. The layer of the membreane shall be laid using butane torch and seailing all joints properly ,leaving no bare edgs or end of APP membrane and finishing the surfaces with trowel or otherwise to obtain a unifrom surfaces . The minimum side lap and end lap is 75mm and 150mm respectively . The membrane shall be laid over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.300 kg/ltr per sqm made by the same membrane manufacture after necessary surfaces preparatory works such as cleaning the surfaces throughly,shapping mouth of outlets including cutting grooves (50mm x50mm) in parapet and inserting edgs of membrane and making goods damage by sand cement mortar (1:4) and shall be finished in all respect as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane and the same will be submitted by contrator before execution of WPT workmanufacturer otherwise no payement was relased by the department

M&L for 40mm plain Cement concrete type-B-0 ,1:2:4 (12.5 MM graded aggregate) in two layer (each 20mm), in leveling course as in roof incliding chiken wire mesh size of 20mm x 20mm and thickness of mesh 0.91mm provide between the layer of PCC and even and smooth with false grooves at 450x450mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for demolition of Cement concrete, in reainforced in sunken portion of WC, removing all loose particale alongwithy existing Water proofing treatment, cleaning, by wire mess/ brushes to removing all dirt and cleaning the surface with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathrooms, etc by applying first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253kg/sqm this layer allowed to air cure for 4 hrs then applying slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126kg/sqm and allowed to aircure for 4 hrs and joints seal with sealing compound as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Before laying of lime concrete joints of trap/WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound of Roofex/Forre/FOSROC and provn of P or S trap & Nahani /Floor traps with long arm.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of sunken portion in cement mortor as in CM 1:3 finishing even & smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for lean concrete using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 1:5:10 as in sunken portion treatment, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
