Repair and routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical passenger/Patient/Emergency lift 16 passenger 1088 Kg capacity with power operated door simplex collective control system with speed 1.0 M/s to serve (B+G+6), upper floors- Block 1 - 01 No, Block 3 - 01 No, Block 4 - 01 No, Block 5 - 01 No at Commando hospital including repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door rope, door cards, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, control connector/ links, hall push buttons and its covers, welding of cracks/ broken any MS items/ parts, repair/ replacement (in case of unservicable) of door drive door safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact,shaft limit switches, COP buttons, car position indicator, car door sills and landing door sills, Fire alarm toggal switches,intercoms, smoke detactor, mainentance of VVVF drive and Auto Rescue Device, repairs of wiring & cables as per requirement for safe operation of lift, cabin fan, cabin light etc,complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge total-04 Nos.

Technician with the details of the individual lift . routine checking / testing / servicing of the lift shall be done on weekly bases including greasing and oiling , if not rupees 2000 will be imposed as penalty for every week and completion of servicing to be produced to engineer in charge . every day on technician has to be deployed for day to day maintenance and rectification of faults if any and failing which rupees 1000 will be charged as penalty for every day . technician should reports its attendance to engineer-in-charge .

Lift in new command hospital to be in specter annually by electrical in specter of lifts (Govt of Maharashtra) . the contractor will be responsible for lessoning with assistance electrical in specter in Maharashtra PWD department for in section of all the lifts and any expense pertains to this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Servicing / maintenance shall be carried out through OEM / their accredited / authorized agencies only. The MOU and documents in this support shall be submitted by contractor to Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cabin lighting with LED Technology for lift cabin with LED fixtures of 9W flush to ceiling including control wiring for auto off complete with all accessories including wiring etc. for installation, complete all as specified and as directed directed by Engr-in-Charge.
