Digging of pit in Kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of pole, Dragging of STP from nearby place/dump, Erection of single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment on 11 mtr long ST pole and refilling with ramming of earth

Grouting of pole in depth 3 feet below ground lable in ratio 1:4:8 in cement, sand and brick ballast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300 mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of Red oxide paint, PO red paint at top of pole 2 mtr and balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Berger/Nerolac/Asian paints as per norms.

Fabrication & erection of 11 KV cable Exposure type double pole with the provission of bus bar with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like danger board, number plate, barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins, 2 No. MS-CHANNEL & 2no. MS angle for supporting the hoisting on Pole.Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug. Painting of double pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paints (ISI mark). Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 & plinthing 300 mm above ground level (All material to be arranged by contractor except steel,pole,PVC aluminium cable,earthing rod,Pin & Pin insulator).as per RESPO norms. .

Repairing of plinth of existing Transformer

Fabrication and Erection of wiremess fencing of 02 mtr height around existing Transformer & distribution pillar box with retaining wall and 01 gate with locking arrangement made of MS- Angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm joint with nut & bolt. The Pannel must be support with MS- Flat 50x50x6 mm, wiremess off size 10 SWG rectangle type, its painting as per norms of RESSPO (All materials shall be provided by contractor).

Chemical Earthing system with outer pipe 50 mm diameter inner strip 40x6, length 3000 mm, galvalisation upto 200 micron earthing pipe with crystalline conductive mixture filled inside the pipe with NT corrosion and high conductive along with 50 Kg of BFC with should be capable to reducing the soil resistively with good moistutre retaining capacity (All material will be provided by the contractor).

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm S/C by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 600 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & filling of sand up to top cover of trench properly levelling & ramming. The ferruling of cable is also included in this work (All materials shall be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm D/C by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 750 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & separation of cables by brick wall, filling of sand upto top cover of the trench properly levelling & ramming & covering with stone slab after laying of cable. The ferruling of cable is also included in this work (All material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE single cable in G.I./M.S. Pipe 4" dia by digging of cable trench of sutiable size as per site condition (All materials shall be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Laying of 11 KV 3X185 sq mm XLPE single cable by drill method

Laying of 11 KV 3X185 sq mm XLPE single cable by drill method through HDPE Pipe 4" dia at road crossing (All materials shall be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)
