Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting 200 watts made in pressure die cast aluminium housing and reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with IP66 protection complete with all accessories such as LED's and electronic driver, internally prewired including necessary fixing arrangement on PCC pole/high mast pole/wall by providing MS angle iron bracket 50x50x6mm of adequate length as per site requirement with MS flat iron clamp 32x6 mm with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and making cable connection all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting 240 watts made in pressure die cast aluminium housing and reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with IP66 protection complete with all accessories such as LED's and electronic driver, internally prewired including necessary fixing arrangement on PCC pole/high mast pole/wall by providing MS angle iron bracket 50x50x6mm of adequate length as per site requirement with MS flat iron clamp 32x6 mm with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and making cable connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Dismantling the existing electric chimney system of 5 HP blower motor capacity complete by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing elect connections carefully along with blower motor, hood, hood cover, ducts, etc. removing the carbon / dust / oil layer from the inside wall of complete inlet / outlet ducting and hood system thoroughly by using kerosene / high pressure water jet wash / suitable solvent and re-assembling the same after completion of repair / cleaning work incl the following works :- (a) Alignment of whole system inlet and outlet blower assy with motor for smooth functioning incl greasing of blower and motor bearings. (b) Replacement of GI Sheet for 5 HP blower motor cover - 01 No (c) Replacement of new rubber gasket for GI inlet / outlet duct flanges with new GI nut bolt and washers of suitable size. (d) Arrest the vibration of ducts by using suitable arrangements such as angle iron support, rubber pads, anchor bolts complete upto recommended level. (e) Painting of GI inlet / outlet ducts along with MS flanges and nut, bolts in the outer side by means of synthetic enamel paint two coat over a coat of red oxide primer.

(e) Fabrication and fixing of strainer made out of MS wire 3 mm thick having 20 mm width of duct outlet opening size. (f) Connecting of elect cables to blower motor / suction motor (g) Cleaning of inlet and blower fan and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using spray gun. (h) Repairing the blower fins by denting , painting and trimming and making good. (j) Applying one coat synthetic enamel paint to Blower motor, suction fan with blade by spray after cleaning the outer surface area complete. (k) Other minor works such as grouting, supporting clamps, nut bolt and washers incl replacement of tarpaulin cloth of existing size to make the plants smooth functioning.. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 69.00 (a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes (b) Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/PCB (c) Sewage Sludge disposable tractor/ truck with driver and POL required for the same (duly covered with necessary tarpaline) and disposing the same to the location outside the MoD land all as on required basis and as directed.

(d) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge / mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal as directed. (e) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (g) The Contractor shall provide Necessary tools, Plant, materials and labour for item No 69.00 (a) to & 69.00 (f) and the cost of the above is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-Charge and testing in Govt. approved laboratory as approved by GE/Directorate of Health Services (Enviormental and pollution Control Wing, Panaji-GOA). (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, PH value, sulphate, Oil grease, TSS, BOD, COD residual chlorine and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E collie in 100 ml)
