M & L for point wiring using 1.50 sqmm size, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade, IS-694 single core multistra-nded (FRLS-H) copper conductor cable in proper colour coding drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade (not less than 20 mm dia) with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed, sunk cast iron or 1.6 mm thick pressed modular steel terminal box for mounting fittings i.e. modular switch /sockets incl cover plate with frame including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size stranded FRLS-H copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly incl cutting and chases pinning in for concealed conduit wiring and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for the following: - (Note: Rate for modular plate and frame is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

(a) One light point /bell buzzer/ ceiling fan / Exhaust fan point controlled by one-one way switch.

(b) One three pin 5 Amp socket on same board with other switches.

(c) One three pin 5 Amp socket on independent board

All as per item No 5 above, but point wiring with cable 2.5 Sq mm size, with earth continuity conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amp independent

All as per item No 5 above, but point wiring with cable 4.0 Sq mm size, with earth continuity conductor of size 4.0 Sq mm.

Supply & fix LED lamp 12 watt, 220 volt AC decorative type connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable tremination box in LM6, 6 A, 250 volts, 2 P+earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix flame proof distribution board SPN 8 way with flame proof MCB SPN 32 Amps - 01 No. and MCB SP-06 Nos double door IP-54, 200 Amps rating bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan steel body flame proof AC single phase 230V of size 300 mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan steel body flame proof AC single phase 230V of size 1200 mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing testing and commission-ing of water heater storage type bee 5 star rating electric suitable for single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply, stainless steel inner assembly, 1.5 KW heating element, twin thermostat for water temperature and safety thermostat stove enamel outer body including minimum 1 m of three core 2.5 sqmm twisted copper conductor cable PVC sheathed, three pin plug top, polyethylene pipe connection piece 450 long of 6 kg/sq cm with two sets of chromium plated adopter at each end suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe at cold water inlet and copper tubing connection with chromium plated adopter at end washer at hot water outlet, with safety fusible plug NRV confirming to relevant IS of 25 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix rigid non metallic PVC conduit exclusiveof boxes (junction / terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia as in wall / pole mounting bracket and 1.5 m long fixed to wall with and including nut bolts and MS clamps of size 50 x 4 mm as required including two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 05%% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour (or nearest size).Steel body complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XIII (ARBORICULTURE)

Supply and plantation of green sapling of following plants and shrubs of different species 2' to 4' ft high incl preparation of compost of size 300x300x300mm by excavation, applying ATT, planting the trees / plants refilling the pit with compst manure sand and sweet earth in the ration 1:1:4 breaking the clots, ramming and flooding with water and filling with more compost earth if necessary, fine dressing incl removal of rubbish / unserviceable material. ATT shall be in form of 200 gms Neem cake mixed with every cum of compost followed by dursban 20 EC applied at 2ml / litre in the first watering of 20 ltr per pit complete all as specified and directed:-

Staking of plant with bamboo of 2.50 m height, grounded to 1.0 m depth below ground and tying with sutli at 3 places, to secure the plant against wind or any other disturbance complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing M S tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 m above ground level and 0.40 m below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of 04 Nos angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.8 m long, one at each corner and 8 Nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical mambers shall be welded to 4 Nos 25x6 mm MS flat iron placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered any approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer complete in all respect.
