Providing two legged scaffolding for an average elevation of 20m using 10-13 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Providing wooden platform with scaffolding arrangement for attending repair in ceiling using 10 to 13cm dia. Casurina posts and 40mm thick country wood planks for providing platform over the scaffolding including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged RCC pedestals for the required width & depth as per the instruction of Engineer in charge and disposing the debris 1 Km. away from the site including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing HILTI joint arrangements to the rods by drilling holes into the existing raft concrete to the required depth and injecting motor HIT - RE 500 @ 0.50ml./mm chemicals, rate including the cost of chemical, drilling arrangements, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing shuttering using steel structures including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12mm to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal with Nitobond AR mixed in Cement Mortar at 100 ml/bag of cement including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying & Providing RTS rod including cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling the old pipe and Supplying and fixing in position of 160mm dia. PVC pipe of 4 Kg/Sqm (ISI Mark) pressure Pipe approved dept. Engineer with the necessary PVC specials, clamps, bolts & Nuts by replacing the existing damaged/ broken C.I. pipe water down fall pipes including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (exterior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.
