Supplying, laying, jointing & testing 1100 volts grade, heavy duty, LT XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed,3.5 Core, 25 Sqmm nominal cross section in service connections laid in loops /ducts, along wall /pole or under floor /road or laid in trenches including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, refilling in trenches excavated materials, soft/loose soil, including spreading leveling & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out all electrical connections from street light junction box/timer panel and taking out the loop of XLPE UG cable of any size and connecting to the street light junction box/ timer panel after cutting the faulty/burnend out end and opening of UG cable loop complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Taking out the old brick and relaying the same after opening of loop shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2.Excavation work as required for LT cable ( Depth upto 0.5 M from GL and width not less than 0.4 M) shall be included in the quoted rate. 3.Sand as required will be measured and paid seperately 4.Material required for electrical connections such as lugs,cable gland ,PVC tape etc shall be included in the quoted rates.

S& F integral LED aviation light luminiaries comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable 1 Sqmm, 3 m length including taking down old unserviceable aviation light complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting,drilling,welding,GI nuts,bolts and washers as required for fitting of LED aviation light at the place shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for painting of HT Steel tubular poles of any size shape and height and applying synthetic enamel paint with alternate block of white /black upto 5 feet height from ground level including writing the pole No with black paint of size 70 mm wide and 100 mm height, applying two coats of aluminium paint on the balance portion of pole, cross arms (each pole 2 Nos), GI bracket (each pole 1 No) including clamps, junction box after necessary preparation of old painted surfaces and cleaning the vegetation approximately 4 square meter around the pole complete all as specified and directed

All as per item Ser No 14.00 above but LT Steel tubular pole.

Supply and erecting in replacement in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22 (8.5 meter long) complete with CI base plate pole cap,finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, washers drilling holes for continous GI wire etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface and writing pole number of 10 cm height on pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black & white colours starting with black colour (each band of 30 Cm wide) by two coats of Synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 meter height.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agregrate as in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone agregrate as in foundation in mass concreting of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe (light grade) with all fittings laid in trenches/wall for protection UG cable when crossing the road of size 40 mm bore including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair street light bracket made out GI tubing, 40 mm dia medium grade of length 1.5 Mtr rendering bend of 120 degree including 2 pairs of clamps 30mm X 5 mm including nuts,bolts, washers and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on external surface of brackets including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers.
