Dismentling the existing damage , defective & non functioning Electrical accessories by Co's own tools & tackles by maintening normalcy as far as possible as per direction of EIC. and the agency have to submit the dismantled Electrical Installations at the BSMC&H Electrical sub division by their own arrangements with full list of items.

Dismentaling , Shifting ,Installation , Testing & commissioning of 1.5/2.0 Tr. Split type AC both indoor/ outdoor unit incl. S& F of suitable size bracket for installation of ODU and sealing of the holes in wall created during the copper pipe connection between IDU & ODU by proper sand-- cement plastering and painting (both inside and outside) to match up with the original finish mending good the damages to complete the instn as per direction of EIC. [For HOD Peaditric + OPD Dermatology OPD building & G&O Building]

Dismantling of existing 1.5/2.0 Tr Window /Split Type AC Machine Complete with Indoor/Outdoor units ,disconnecting electrical connections ,dismanteling carefully by using companys own tools & tackles and carrying the dismantaled unit to BMC Electrical Subdivision store as directed by Enineer-In-Charge.

Overhauling of 1.5/2.0 Tr single phase Air Condition machine includes complete inspection , cleaning , servicing and testing of the unit to restore efficient and reliable operation .The work involves dismantaling of indoor and outdoor units , through cleaning of coils and filter , checking electrical components compressor performance ,refrigerant level ,replacement of worn-out or faulty parts if required and re-installation .After overhauling , the air conditioner is tested to ensure proper cooling ,safety and smooth operation for uninterrupted service.[For Principal Quater +EOT+G&O USG Room ]
