Amount

Carrying out works viz. preparation and maintaining documents for Technical Sanction / NIT / Specification / Pre-bid meeting /Tender committee including Note, CST, work order documents, Agreements etc., Post-Tendering works and works related to Architecture dept., Accounts and Administration, etc. overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Reduction shall be made from the bills as below per day basis on respective items on requirement as per BOQ :- (a) In the event of less requirement by the department : Proportionately on Quoted Rates (b) In the event of deficiency in deployment by the agency : Proportionately on Quoted rates plus 10% 2. Manpower shall be deployed within 15 days from the date of request by EIC. 3. PVC shall be obtained by the contractor for the deployed staff.
