Excavation in post holes (or similar joles) not exc 0.5 Cum and getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S & F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS : 1161-1979Gde St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Pre - painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile stregth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in hard dense soil for foudation etc

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete.

M&L for Pre- cast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for Hard core of gauge not exc 63 mm size with broken stone boulders deposited spread , levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface all specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soils.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment in floors
