Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof & chajja (at any respective height of bldg) with using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound measured and paid separately under 'Supply only' item.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under 'Supply only' item.

Supply only Water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and carry out water proofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface system includes preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar, curing compound etc carry out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100 plasticised expansive grout admixture supplies in 225 gm pouch, treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortar prepare by using Nito-bond SBR latex, application of polymer modified battat floor, wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using conbextra GP2 non shrink cementitious grouts. Undulated surface and pot hole shall be treated with epoxy mortar or putty to obtain sound / levelled surface.

Application of primer Nito proof WB primer on sound mortar slab surface followed by application of coat of Nito proof 600 PF liquid applied single component pitch free polyurethane coating supplied in 25 kgs drum coverage @ 2.30 Kg/Sqm to achieve 1.5 mm thickness in two coats complete including all tools and tackles as per manufactures specifications. Coating shall be having crack bridging of 2 mm, elonagation (ASTMD 124) greater than 600 percentage, tensile strength (ASTM D412), 95 percentage, 85 percentage of solid contents, tear resistance (ASTM D624), 15 KN/M, shore A hardness (ASTM D 2240), 60, water vapour transmission not more than 1 gm/Sqm, water permeability (DIN-1048) - NIL, services temperature - 40 deg C to 70 deg C, flash point greater than 70 deg C HSE guide lines:-

It is recommended to provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilations, providing protection to eye, face, hand and other skin by wearing appropriate gloves, goggles, face child, respiratory protection etc, directed in SDS of the product.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets / AC boards, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm / 600mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200mm. The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm.

Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins / soffit 4mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Everest Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Designer Ceiling Board (Density>1200 Kg/m3, Modulus of Rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 MPa, Thermal Conductivity (K)-0.0872 W/mK) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336:1993, (Reaction to fire-A2-s1-d0) tested as per EN13501 Part-I & BS-476 Part 4, 5, 6 & 7, should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling complete all as per the drawing & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (n exc. 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having curled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lip of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wall panelling with 8mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Everest Art wood (Fibre Cement pre-coloured Siding Planks) (Density>1200 Kg/m3, Modulus of Rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 MPa, Thermal Conductivity (K)-0.0872 W/mK) confirming IS 14862:2000 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336:1993, (Reaction to fire-A2-s1-d0) tested as per EN13501 Part-I & BS-476 Part 4, 5, 6 & 7, fixed on the supporting 'W' profile / Aluminium tube or Iron tube with the help of full threaded flat head screw. (0.70mm thick having a curled web of 51.55mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.55mm) placed @ 407/1220 mm c/c vertically and perimeter channel (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm with thickness of 0.70mm and web of length 27mm) is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 300mm c/c with expandable fasteners.

Board is fixed to the 'W' profile with 35mm long self-embedding type Fibre Cement Screws @ 300mm c/c, all complete as per the drawing and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The boards may be finished so as to have a uniform gap / groove or overlapping system. The groove should be filled up with clear PU sealant.

Supply and fix,18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board interior grade, pre-laminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination as in wall panelling and fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingle etc. of any size including tilting fillets spaced exc. 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, mild steel rolled section conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats and other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm coloured tiles in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250mm x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor as on vertical surfaces laid over 10mm thick cement backing coat in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light coloured glazed vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
