6sq.mm x 3 core water proof flat submersible cable (PVC insulated Cables with flexible bright annealed Copper conductor for voltage grade upto 1100 Volts conforming to IS : 694 as amended upto date). for above pump-motor set as per site requirement.

100 Amps Re-wireable porcelain fuse unit type TPN Main Switch with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC600947-1&3).

Supply and delivery of 100 Amps Kit-kat rewireable proceliain fuses carrier & base (Specification-IS:2086).

Fully automatic star delta starter in sheet -steel enclosure with IP 54 protection and single phase protection feature having relay range 13.2-20 amp. (make :L&T_ML1.5/BCH/Siemens/Other approved)

Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes and gauges etc at store-- (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED). (For TW-II)

80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded (8 TPI) and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

3.0 mtrs Long.

1.5 mtrs Long.

80mm dia. CI Top & Bottom Adopter.

Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers.

80mm dia CIDF Non-Raising Sluice Valves, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:14846) having body door/dome/Bonnet and cover of cast iron Gr. FG 260, spindle of IS 6603, Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are of Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2.- 1 no., CIDF single door swing Non Return Valve, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:5312 Part I), having body, door, cover in graded cast iron to IS:210 Gr. FG200, body & door rings & bearing block of leaded tin bronze to IS:318 Gr. LTB2- 1 no., CIDF 90° Bend-1no., CI Flanged Tee-1no. Blank Flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged Short Piece 0.50 mtr.- 2 nos, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr.- 1 no. etc as per IS specification and certification for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line.

Heavy type 250mm/Suitable dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clamp, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design.

Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size of MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials.

Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. (as per requirement at site) Dia upto of 250mm.

Making brick pillar 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.75 Mtr/Suitable hight for supporting of valves and pipes with 12mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.

Installation of the supplied materials such as Pump motor set with column pipes, valves, motor starter(BCH Starter) fitting-fixing, & drawing delivery out-let & washout line with the supplied specials/accessories by providing antisnapping cage of suitable size including supply of cable gland, sockets, wooden board, control cable etc including brick, sand, cement rod etc as required to complete the job as per direction and upto the entire satis faction of the EIC.

Loading the above mentioned electrical/mechanical materials from Malda Mechanical Store as per direction.

Charges for carrying the above items from Malda Mechanical Store to said pwss site as per direction.

Unloading the above mentioned electrical/mechanical materials at site as per direction.
