Cleaning chokage of drainage line including using of boning rod ,removing of waste material, and disposal of the same beyond the qtrs premises etc all complete as directed by the engineer incharge.
Removing weeds grown on walls/terrace along with roots,cleaning the spot and pouring the dilute acid so that weed should not grow in future with necessery ladder,ropeand wooden plank arrangement etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer?in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.50 Sq.meter and under including cutting the raking out joints and prepring and plastering the walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.excluding the cost of schaffolding

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Cleaning terrace / Chajjas at all levels by removing dust (dirt), debris if any and disposing the same beyond the TE premises all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge (The item includes removal of weeds grown on terrace and also all incidental laboures, materials, tools and plants etc., and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
Providing and applying high performance elastometric decorative exterior water proofing coating dr.Fixit "Rain Coat" or equivalent in required shade in two coats applied @ 3.08 ltr per 10 sqm over existing cement paint / plastered surface. NOTE: Rate includes necessary scaffolding .No extra payment will be made on this account The work is to be carried out at all heights including necessary scaffolding, zoola etc.
Providing and applying non shrink high strength powder crack filler of Dr.Fixit crack powder after opening the crack by grinder to ascertain its actual width and depth after making the surface free from oil,dust and grease.Dr.Fixit crack X powder to be applied in paste form by adding clean water in proportion as specified by manufacturer and then press into the crack by using a spatulla or putty knife etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The work is to be carried out at all heights including necessary scaffolding, zoola etc.)
Repairs to wooden doors / Windows including removing and refixing with necessary plannoing, chiseling and provoding S.S. angles at corners for proper fitting, providing hinges as required etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Easening of Steel windows by removing bend of shutter members cleaning, oiling to hinges, etc., all complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge (Note : The item includes all incidental, labour, material, tools involved and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
