Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m and n.exc 1.5 deep in any type of soil for laying of underground cable, foundation of poles & stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for good quality dry sand cushioning to underground electric cable of layer of 8cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule PartI (2009) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand shall be fined sand and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' bricks well burnt of size laid dry flat for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying reinforced precast factory made ISI Marked concrete cable cover HV, Type1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles and foundation of stay etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I of 2009 all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, PCC, stay wire and loop type insulators will be measured separately.

Material and labour for galvanized stay strand of size 7/4 mm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Switch air break, gang operated, triple pole with drop out fuses and 12 insulators for outdoors, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and MS channels frame, with operating mechanism 25 mm dia G.I medium grade pipe worked from ground level with locking arrangement for current rating 200 Amps, 11 KV including electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Anti - climbing device : comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (gap less) heavy duty single pole suitable for rated system voltage of 12 KV and working rated arrestor voltage of 9 KV with normal discharge current of 10 KA complete with all fitting transmission class, discharge capacity 10 kilo Amp all as per IEC 99.4 effectively connected with earthy system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Test certificate for lighting arrestor shall be supplied without which no separate payment shall be made.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volt grade, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning concrete cable covers, protection of pipe to be measured and paid saperately.

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning step down 11/0.433 KV (at no load) transformer 3 phase, 4 wire AC, 50 cycles, 100 KVA copper wound, outdoor type, EE level -2, with offload manual tap changing arrangement (gear type) on HT side to vary secondary voltage up to Minus 7.5% to Plus 7.5% for 7 steps @ 3% including suitable cable entry boxes on both sides to recive HT and LT cables complete in all respect with standard accessories and fitments confirming to IS-1180 latest connection complete all as specified and directed. Temperature of oil shall not rise to 35 Degree centigraded to ambient and 40 Degree centigrade of winding . Transormer shall be painted with two coats of smoke grey epoxy paint conforming to IS:632. Note:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immersed naturally/self cooled (ONAN) with external cooling tubes/radiator, double wound, copper winding, core type, MS radiater cooled tank complete with first fill of transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV as per IS-335 with test certificate and Star BEE level following :- (i) Rating and diagram plate (ii) Lifting Lugs (iii) Air release vent with plug. (iv) conservator with oil indication. (v) Mild steel wheel with oil indication. (vi) Silica gel breather assembly with first filling of silica gel (vii) Oil temperature gauge and washout plug. (viii) Complete with under/over voltage cut off.

Supply and erection invertical position steel tubular swaged Poles, type 410, SP-55 (11.0 meters) with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm with cast iron plate continuously welded to pole all as specified including factory painted with two coats black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete with synthetic enamel paint of black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : PCC in foundation, coping, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relative items of Sch 'A'.

Material and Labour for transformer platform brick masonary with surface finishing using extra cement for the installation of Transformer of size 3.0mtr x2.5mtrx1.2mtr complete with chain link fencing and gate all as shown in Drg No CEPZ/TD/350/08 Sheet 1/2 and as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
