Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumenemulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granularbase(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surfaceand spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqmusing mechanical means as per MoRTH SpecificationClause 502.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumenemulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rateof 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminoussurface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTHSpecification Clause 503.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumenemulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rateof 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granularsurfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulicbroom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminousmacadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMPproducing an average output of 75 tones per hourusing crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder minimum @ 4.0 & 4.5percent by weight of total mix and filler, transportingthe hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paverfinisher with sensor control to the required grade, leveland alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per MoRTH Specifications Clause 505 complete inall respects. Bitumen (VG-30). Grading - II (26.50 mm (Nominal Size)).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an averageoutput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregatesof specified grading, premixed with bituminous binderminimum @ 5.2 & 5.4 per cent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with ahydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to therequired grade, level and alignment, rolling withsmooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers toachieve the desired compaction as per MoRTHSpecifications Clause 507 complete in all respects. for Grading-II(13 mm nominal size) Bitumen (VG-30).
