LIFT & ESCALATORS Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of following capacity machine room less electic traction type passenger elevators suitable for following travel height, stops & openings and entrance on all the serving floors, automatic center opening door, car enclosure provided with scratch resistant finish stainless steel panel suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency type traction control, speed of 1.00 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, Simplex full collective operations, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for suitable height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman's switch at ground floor, digital car position indicator in car and landing at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, LED type light fixtures, ventilation fan complete with all accessories including automatic rescue device and suitable protocol for BMS etc. The traction motor of machine room less elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoist way complete as per technical specifications. The elevator shall conform to the detailed specifications attached.

20 Passenger capacity, 1360 kg approx. having automatic center opening stainless steel doors with & stainless steel frame (car & landing doors), 6.0 mtr travel height (Approx), 2 stops & 2 opening (Lower Ground Floor Plus One) on Opposite side suitable for shaft size of 2600mm x 2200mm. (Modification of Lower Ground Floor into Arrival Hall)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of monolithic, step reversible type escalator with an inclination of 30 deg from horizontal for ascending and descending passenger service, from ground floor to lower groung floor having 6 Meter vertical height. The escalator shall have a capacity of 9000 persons / hour at al linear speed of 0.5 m/s, 3 horizontal steps at top & bottom with step width of 1000 mm, operating on 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply. The escalator shall be confirming to relevant specifications as required and inclusive of all components such as drive unit, control system, drive machanism for handrails, glazed balustade, all safety devices and all other standard components, outside cladding & truss made of SS plates etc. as required. (Modification of Lower Ground Floor into Arrival Hall)

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) AICMC of 20 passenger Elevator (as per item no. 1.01) which include routine, preventive, breakdown maintenance, monthly preventive maintenance visit of trained engineer / technician, attending any number of breakown calls during the month as and when required, and repair / replacement of wornout items with minimum downtime and carrying out renewal of lifts licenses (if applicable) etc as per special conditions / specifications enclosed.

For First Year After DLP (4.5 % of SITC Cost of BOQ Item No. 1.01)

For Second Year After DLP (6 % of Cumulative enhencement on Year 1 AICMC Cost)

For Third Year After DLP (6 % of Cumulative enhencement on Year 2 AICMC Cost)

For Fourth Year After DLP (6 % of Cumulative enhencement on Year 3 AICMC Cost)

For Fifth Year After DLP (6 % of Cumulative enhencement on Year 4 AICMC Cost)
