Fabrication and Installation of two 02 nos of small protected structure 200 m2 each inclusive of growing bench and irrigation facility and other allied works at RRSS Pedong HZ

B) Structure: Structure with stand-alone Green Chamber. The structure should be used to withstand wind loading of 120 km per hour. Galvanization of tubler structure made of ISI make GI Pipe of the following sizes. (columns pipe thickness 2.9 mm and others dimention of pipe 2 mm thick, tolerance + / -10%), Structure Members. 1. Columns : 48 mm insert x 60mm OD for columns, 2. Trusses : 42 mm, 3. Bottom cord (GI pipe) : 48 mm 4. Truss Members (GI pipe) : 42 mm 5. Purlin : 42 mm C) Cladding/Covering of Roof: U.V. stabilized polyethylene fillm 200 micron thickness, IR blocking, anti drip/ fog, diffused (Multilayor) for covering, (make GINEGAR UV Fillm). E) Side Cover with insect net 40x40 mesh with manual rolling with poly sheet 200 Micron, F) Celling Covered with 75% Green colour shade net in side Hardening Chamber.

C) Irrigation System: a) Sprinkler Irrigation: Supply & Fitting fixing of over head Sprinkler system for Poly House with screen filter PVc pipe flush valve with releted accessories. b) Drip Irrigation : Drip System it consist of inline lateral 16 mm (Excel +) 2.1 Lph@ 30/60 Cm spacing, 4 Kg / Cm2 PVC main and submain pipes, PVC Ball Valves, Ventury Assembly, Air release valve, Flush Valve , connected to common plastic sereen finter etc. C) Fertigation Tanks: 4 nos 200 ltr with valve arrangement to be fitted with main irrigation line with doser. D)Benches : Benches MS Febracated Growing tables fixed at least 0.75 mtrs above GL width 1 mtrs and 22 mtrs length x 4 Nos intermediate pathway of 0.50 mtrs.Table will be made of MS angle flats PVC nettings as required for table arrangement.
