Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces/block wall other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite Tile 10 mm thick machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, including rendering as backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1 :3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite stone slab in flooring of approved colour 16-18 mm thick machine cut, leather finished, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1 :4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for such as fencing posts, gates, grills etc complete all as specified and directed.
