Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick PCC type C 1, 1 : 3 : 6, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as on RCC slab roof and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and complete with using WPC.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make : Sika Latex Power)

M & L for providing, cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for non-approachable roof:- (i) Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and connecting with manholes or disposal place.

S & F of PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) 110 mm bore equal or unequal with acess door complete.

S & F 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to lengh bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl ms wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 as in precast covers slabs including setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L form work to sides and soffits of beam, lintels, shelves, chajjas etc complete.

M&L RCC Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick internal surfaces on brick work in cm 1:6 in and finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete.

(ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arraangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.

Taking down carefully ceiling/wall fan 1200/400 mm sweep from the exisiting potsition complete with blades from brackets etc and servicing the same properly by cleaning,greasing,oiling, replacing the unserviceable minor spear parts etc if any, and reassembling and refixing in the same position panting same with one cot of synthetic enamil paint of existing colour using brush and rewriting of MES No complete all as directed.
