Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -- All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) crushed. With 20% plums

Dry Random Rubble masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth using Nallah stone without bond stone.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Dumpimg stone including cost of stones. in Horizontal on level

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
