SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR E/M WORKS.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, for laying electric cables or foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and exceeding 1.50mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtrs in depth, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in any type of soil, for foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping of poles including necessary form work, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar LED street light luminary 60 Watt 12 Volts, 3200 lumens, PWM 20Amp charge controller, dusk to dawn, warranty-2yrs, LFP battery 60Ah 12.8Volts, with locking arrangement metallic box, solar module 200 Watt 12Volts, octagonal galvanised iron pole of 7.0mtr height, outer dia of pole not less than 70mm at top and 130mm at bottom, wall thickness of pole-3.0mm, pre-welded galvanised iron base plate-220x220x12mm, foundation bolts- M20x700mm, module structure and battery stand with arm, including installation, commissioning, civil work as per manufacturer’s instructions, pre-wiring approved by MNRE IEC, complete all as specified and directed. Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection, including LED lamps of 45 Watt and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified. Replacement of old cracked/ damaged, concrete poles with new pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, cross section 102mmx172mm at top and 102mmx279mm at bottom, class 10, including painting strips in black and white colour, 300mm thick, upto 1.50mtr height, from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 50.0 Sqmm, 4.0-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made junction box/ cut-out box, made with 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet, vermin proof, dust proof, for outdoor use, having internal dimensions 300x250x150, painted externally and internally, suitable for road/ street lighting for 3-phase/ 4-core high wattage LED based lighting system for industrial applications, suitable for pole mounting, having one No MCB of 10 Amps, Single Pole and Neutral, including aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating duly drilled holes for connections, cable glands, clamps etc for making necessary connections, including mild steel iron flat size 25x4mm having holes, nuts, bolts, washers, for fixing on poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Point wiring (in new concealed conduits to surfaces) for 3-pin, 15 Amps, switch socket combination on independent board with 2.50 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable, FRLS, 1100 Volts, using colour coding, drawn in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit, fire resistance, ISI marked, 20mm dia including all accessories concealed by chasing/ cutting in the surface of walls/ floors/ ceilings and making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, with and including sunken type pressed steel/ welded mild steel terminal box 1.20mm thick coated with anti corrosive paint with bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3.0mm thick and including FRLS PVC green insulated unsheathed 2.50 Sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed.
