Supply and fabrication of new stainless steel plate/flat (AISI - 304) of suitable size on seal beam / roller track/ slide track/ side seal seats/ top seal seat by welding (SS) as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge including cost of Materials, Machinaries, Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification.

Supply,installation,testingandcommisioningoffollowingitemsfor hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Machining,Aligning,Anchoring,Welding,Finishing,Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting)

i) Base frame (MS)

ii) Shaft/Pin with key ways made of SS-304

iii) Coupling (Mat: C45)

iv) Sheve/Pulley(CS)

v) Gear& Pinion (Forged steel)

vi) MS cover

Supply of Gear Oil as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of Grease

Supply and delivery of the following bearing (Make: SKF):

i) 22312E/C3/ as per sample. (For gear box assembly)

ii) 6406/ as per samle (For motor connected to gearbox)

Supply and fixing of tough “V” belts (Make: FENNER/POWER BOOM / V guard/Benq/ECODRIVE) of the following size B 98/ as per sample.

Supply fitting Fixing of ss (AISI304) bolts,nut & washer i) dia 10 mm to 20 mm a) Length upto 75 mm

Servicing/overhauling of Driving Motor 2HP/3HP Heat burnishing ot achieve desire IR value with all rectifications/replacement of damaged bearings, alignment checking, connections and terminal wires as per the desired standard and to the satisfaction of E.I.C.

Inspection Checking/testing and servicing of the existing starter panel, all terminal connection, contactors, relays etc as per desired technical specification including man and minor materials for proper functioning as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 240/230 volt, 50 Hz, T.P., power contactor (Make: L & /ABB/Schneider/ Simence/ GE) having contact block of the following range. 25-45 Amp

Supply & fixing of 230/240V, LED indicating lamp make :AE/KAPPA/IMP) Blue/ white color.

Supply & fixing of 230/240V, LED indicating lamp make :AE/KAPPA/IMP) other than Blue/ white color.

Supply and delivery of Thermal overload relays (Make: L & T/ABB/Schneider/Simence/ GE/Minilec) of the following range:a) 0.2-0.33/ 0.3-0,5/ 0.45-0.75, MN2

Supply and fixing of analog Ammeter ranging 0-100Amps having C.R ratio of 100/5A, 144 mm sq size (make :AE/KAPPA/IMP).

Supply and fixing of analog voltmeter ranging from 0-500 V of 144 mm sq size (make :AE/KAPPA/IMP).

Supply and delivery Modular Push button actuators (with plastic front ring),Illuminated actuator (with holder for contact block) (Make: L & T/ABB/ Schneider/Simence/ GE) Rised, colour: Red, green,blue, Amber, white, yellow, clear.

Supply & delivery of the following Current Transformer (Make: KAPPA/AE): Ratio 100/5A VA

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection 6-32 A FP MCB make:Legrand

Supplying of following XLPE insulated alumiium conductor armored cables of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098 1 (PART 1) 1988 with up to date amendments 4 core 16 sqmm (Rate in Rs. Per Mtr)

Laying only cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/GI Pipe/ open masonary trench for single, 2,3,3½ and 4 core.

Supply of M.S PLATE AS PER IS : 2062 -2011/Latest Revision, Make : SAIL/ TATA/JINDAL Above 2 mm upto 10 mm thickness.

Supply of I.S.A as per IS:2062-2011/LatestRevision,Make:SAIL/TATA/JINDAL )Upto100x 100x differen tthickness.

Welding and cutting charges for compliting the support work for the shaft & bush of gear box assembly and repairing work of starter panel frame.

Painting of flash mixture assembly parts, base frame, support works, cover, motor, gearbox and starter panel with one coat of primer grey and two coats with enemal paint. (Scraping where necessary).

Less scrap materials @10% on items 1-3,5,7,8,10-20,22,23
