Preparation of complete FCA case for diversion of forest land under Forest Conservation Act 1980 for construction of 66kV transmission line from Nadukhar to SJPNL's 2nd stage at Dwada & 3rd stage at Dummi (9.00 km appox) detailed as under and as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge: - i) preparation and collection of revenue papers from Revenue/ Forest Depts., collection of all relevant field data and preparation of all relevant formats /documents and checklists required to be attached with the case as per latest requirements of MoEF. ii) Collection of NOC's from all gram panchayats for obtaining FRA certificate and obtaining NAC along with inescapability certificate from concerned agencies of GoHP complete in all respects. iii) Collection of village revenue codes a/with preparation of beneficiary village data. iv) Preparation of cost benefit analysis of the line, assisting HPSEBL in liasioning with Forest dept &agencies of GoHP. v) Assisting HPSEBL authorities in getting enumeration of trees and joint inspection of transmission line conducted in presence of requsite authorities of GoHP & GoI. vi) Collection of data required for preparation of muck disposal plan and preparation of apt muck disposal plan of all tower locations as required by MoEF. vii) Preparation of digital maps, Topo Sheets, maps, KML files as per latest instructions of MoEF, online uploading of complete FCA case on Parivesh portal, Submission of hard copies of the cases, online monitoring of the case and attending all observations at various levels till the final clearance of FCA by the MOEF GOI
Assisting in preparation and processing of land compensation cases to private land owners as per HPSEBL policy by collection of updated jamabandi, tatimas & other relevant revenue documents required from revenue department; identification of exact land owners of tower footings, obtaining NOC's/consents from land owners concerned for providing land to place of towers, collection of relevant documents from land owners conncerned (beneficiary details, PAN card, Aadhar card, contact No, bank credentials, any other suportive document of beneficiary as required etc.), submitting claim amount/share calculations for the beneficiaries to HPSEBL in line with its policy complete in all respect
