Providing and fixing of fire damper in supply air path fabricated out of 20 SWG, MS/GI sheet with suitable spring, fusible link for automatic closure of fire damper in the event of flame i/c painting with red colour complete as required. (Mapro Air Flow Pvt Ltd or SS Make)

Providing and fixing volume control damage fabricated out of 20 SWG, MS/GI sheet with suitable linkages, ON/OFF lever, Almn. oxide painting suitable for 7.0 TR HPAC Package AC units etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, balancing and commissioning of site fabricated GI sheet ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, vanes, hinges supports etc as per approved drawing and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (a) 24 SWG (0.60/0.63 mm)

Supplying, Laying, Testing & commissioning of 19 mm thickness closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of class ‘O’ applied by suitable adhesive (of fevicol/Dunlop make) as per specification complete as required. (a) Without Aluminium faced surface

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 2000 CFM Inline Duct fan with noiseless and vibration free air flow, having GI casing duly acoustically treated, light weight dynamically balanced Aluminium impeller, high quality long life single phase 230 volt motor, casing having hinged access door for inspection service, DP 16A MCB for isolation etc. complete as required for following cfm capacity (Make Blowtech or SS make)

Providing and fixing of sandwitched partition with 25 mm fiberglass of 24 Kg/m3 density sandwitched between 2 Nos. MDF particle boards of 12 mm thickness on a suitable frame work fabricated out of 50 mm x 25 mm x 18 SWG MS rectangular pipe section having grid work of not less than 1200 mm x 600 mm. fiberglass covered in vapors barrier i/c fixing fastener, screens, hinged bolted door frame paining one cot of primer and two coats of approved shade synthetic enamel paint etc. as required

Supplying and laying of 3.0 mm thick class (C) making voltage 33 KV poly Electro mat ( rubber matting) as per IS-15652 2006 suitable for LT/HT panel having small antiskid aberration made on upper surface and lower plain surface , fixing with high epoxy solvent etc. complete as required.

Providing & fixing 15 mm dia Gunmetal valves i/c P/F union, socket nipple etc complete as required (Sant or SS Make).

Supply & Laying of 15 mm GI medium class pipe with all accessories for water supply to humidification tank complete as required
