Providing and fixing automatic electro mechanical boom barrier of minimum 6 mtr Aluminium arm 45x100 mm with 230 V AC control boards equipped with anti hit mechanism and following features. • Opening and closing time 3 seconds • Wheel manual release/clutch key • Die cast aluminium alloy motor. • Auto closing, reversing on obstacle • Infrared photocell interface for anti bumping function • Remote control (2 pieces) with radio receiver • External and internal vehicle loop detector and IC system interface. • Double limit – electronic limit and motor sensor memory limit for boom rising and falling The housing should be sturdy and strong made of 2.5 mm thick mild steel duly polished, phosphorized and powder coated of 50 micron thickness to ensure IP 54 or higher rating.
