Repair to damaged plaster with high performance curing free, quick setting cement mortar & confirming to ASTM C 1600 in ratio of 1:4 with following properties of cement : Compressive strength of 20 MPa within 4 Hours, Curing free, bond strength of 4 MPa within 24 Hours, Non shrink & Non toxic in following steps-

Providing, fabricating and erecting MS ladder of 450mm wide made of 65 x 65 x 6mm angle iron and 20mm MS bars for walkway to top of the OHSR including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect as per specifications and the direction of the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating and erecting MS ladder (with MS cage) of 450mm wide made of 65 x 65 x 6mm angle iron, 20mm MS bars for walk way to top of the OHSR and for cage flat 3 Nos-75 x 8 as vertical member and flat 40 x 5 as horizontal member 300 c/c including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating and erecting hand railing for walkway, top dome slab, balcony, staircase and landing consist of two rows ( one at top and other at middle level) of 20 mm GI pipe class-B and 900 mm high vertical angle 65X65X6 mm at spacing 1.50 m c/c including welding, threading, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and embedding in cement concrete floor complete in all respect as per specification and the direction of the Engineer.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :, 25 mm thick

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade as per approved colour complete as per manufacturers specifications including primer coat and protecting coat including scaffolding and safety provision, Trowel Finish av. thickness 1000 to 1200 microns.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :, Two or more coats on new work
