Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix usin 40 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,l aying,curing etc complete.,

Supplying filling with filling sand in layers not more than 15 cm thick ,well rammed, wattered and compacted etc,complete

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 mix using 20 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC Item of work such as slab beams sunshade facial canopy slab staircase waist slab landing slab etc. with cement mortar 1 : 3 mix 10 mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Provision for Cupboard Cuddapah slab 40 mm tk inclding supply and fixing etc

Granolithic floor finish of 25 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 using 10-12 mmHBGS Jelly inculding curing etc

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Ceramic tiles flooring laying with new ceramic tiles of size 300x300x6 mm laid in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2 20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4kg/sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complying with std specification

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc (Schedule of Rates 2024 - 2025 M-0401)
