Excavation by mechanical (JCB or hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade ,cutting joint holes ,refilling consolidation,including the cost of diversion for traffic ,crossing over trenches for access to the houses,watching fencing etc and removal of surplus soil out side /inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

First class brick masonary in cement sand mortar 1.6 in foundation and plinth.

10mm thick cement plaster 1.4 on sides walls.

10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on bed and top.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 hand mixed

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm gauge

Lowering, jointing of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 300 mm dia laying same to correct gradient and alignment and jointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 in all depths complete in all respect.

Jointing and cutting of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 150 mm dia for vent pipe into Trenches and laying same to correct alignment as per IS 458:2003 ( @2.50 metre / No)

Wrought Iron and mild steel ladders, framed grills, grating etc. complete fixed in position in D-tank

Providing & fixing M.S. foot rests made of 23x25 mm square bar including fixing in Haudis complete with cement concrete 1:2:4

Providing and fixing of Alfa Alfa Valve fitted on riser pipe to act as Nakka (D regulators)

Centering & Shuttering for concrete faces.

Providing & Fixing of Steel Shutter Gate Assembly in Main Pipeline complete in all respect

Cold twisted deformed(Ribbed/ToR Steel Bars ) Bars (Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-2005),for RCC works,where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and biding placing in position complete .
