A (Monthly) Check :

M&L for monthly Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG sets of the following capacities including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set for routine check (A check) of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintenance as directed.

Monthly Service : (a) Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required . Note : Oil shall be measures and paid separately (b) Checking and adjusting the belt for tension and replacement of belt. Note : Belt shall be measured and paid separately (c ) Checking of oil bath air cleaner level (d) Checking of exhaust system for leakage (e) Draining of sediment from fuel filter and fuel tank (f) Cleaning of air cleaner element (g) Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment (h) Tighting all nuts, bolts, in alternator terminal block (j) Checking of alternator carbon brush and connections in alternator (k) Checking and tighting of all connection in DC control wiring.

(l) Checking of all radiator rubber hose and replacement if required. Note : Hose pipe shall be measured and paid separately (m) Checking and recording oil pressure, water and oil temperature (n) Checking anti vibration mounting and replacement if required. Note : Anti vibration pad shall be measured and paid separately (o) Checking throttle linkage (p) Checking battery for cell test, electrolyte level, gravity and topping up to required level (q) Routine check / repair work of panel, switch, MCCB, main switch, all contactors, engine control unit. (r) Checking of AMF panel, all electrical connections etc. (s) Checking of earthing resistance (t) Cleaning of vegetation around the DG set up to 1.5 mtr area.

M & L for testing of earth resistance value of existing earthing pits once in a month with digital type earth tester at different locations of 13 BRD/16 BRD area up to the entire satisfaction of AF personnel & submitting the earth result all as directed. Note : Testing of all earth pits will be carried out on monthly basis and the same will be measured in presence of JE E/M and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for more than 5 mtr in length by trenchless, technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine, including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of coarse aggregate(broken stone boulders) 40mm size in continuous bed of thickness 20mm and soft ramming to consolidate the aggregate to form a compact layer of aggregate around Earth pits and carefully demercating the surrounding in length by breadth, to facilitate percolation of rainwater rendering the surface where aggregate are laid, safe for operation during rainly season by naturally facilitating a insulating surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old serviceable/unserviceable UG cable from trench for replacement , repair and re-laying or re-routing of size 50 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with cross sectional area of the following size 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fly ash/burnt Bricks, sub class 'B' dry, well brunt bricks laid in trenches for cable protection and' for stacking for bricks around the earth pits including civil work complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for filling in road cuts/hard standing etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing bitumen us road/payment/footpath upto 0.75 mtr in depth, 0.45 mtr in width and getting out excavated material and making good the damaged portion after laying the pipe, returning filling in mass concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 upto top of the road all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) M&L for laying of pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting chases, pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc ; and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Compacted / punned thickness be considred for the purpose of payment.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for foundation of stay, laying of cable etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS sheet duly powder coated for enclosing the feeder pillar box of any size inclding taking down old rusted MS sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS Angle irom of size 50x50x50x6 and 40x40x6 mm sheet duly painted for bracing the sheet and also give the structure for the feeder of any size inclding taking down old rusted MS angle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair exterior rated BIS registered decorative LED Post Top luminaires. Luminaire should have system wattage of 72W (+/-5%), with system lumen output of minimum 8100 lumen with all LED ON, system efficacy of 110lms/w or more and operating voltage of 100-277V AC. Offered with color temperature (CCT) of 3000K with CRI > 80 and dedicated optics for each LED (PC lens) to ensure better uniformity of light distribution. Fixture should have step layered top enclosure in spun Aluminium minimum thickness of 1.2 mm designed to suit urban landscape and Lower spun aluminium of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm with Diameter not exceeding 570 mm, should be UV protected pure polyester powder coated grey after phosphochromate treatment. Supply of Havells make Single overhang circular decorative arms of 1 .5 mtr length one side, suitable to be mounted on Pole of 4 mtr - 9 mtr height. The Decorative arm should be made out of M.S. round tubular Pipe sections of 48mm Diameter attached to a pipe of 76mm dia to support suspended mounting of the LED Drop Down Post Top. The circular arm should be properly welded to the pipe by means of 3 segments of 29mm diameter (as shown in the reference drawing). A decorative Cast Iron embellishment knob at the top and designer element with 10mm square rod on the arm for aesthetics addition is required. The whole arm should be painted in pure polyester Paint in approved color shade of Pole. The Decorative arm to be approved by Engineer in Charge & Architect. Orbit Plus S Round Arm for Poleor equivallent of bajaj/philips/Crompton/Hallonix

Supply of 5-Meter-high Pole (lower section - 0.6 mtr, remaining M.S Pipe -4.4 mtr), having lower section OD 140 mm and top section 76mm diameter and Made out of GI pipe as per IS 1239. Round Mild steel plate of dimension 290 mm dia X 12 mm thick, should be joined with the pole at the bottom through welded joints, with 4 no. circular holes of dia 20mm at PCD 225mm suitable for M12 bolts. The pole must have an ornamental decorative casting at Bottom (Casting height 175mm/ lower dia 325mm) and middle casting (height 256mm and dia 2.7mm) with floral design patterns as shown in drawing. The two casting rings in the middle section (casting height 25mm/ Outer dia 116mm) as show in the reference drawing. The pole shall have window cutting of 300 mm x 100 mm weatherproof flush door & locking arrangement for housing of the pole to accommodate electrical accessories (Bakelite plate and connector) for power supply connection.

The window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole and is to be provided in bottom section of pole. The body of the pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface as per IS 2629 and IS2633. The pole shall have decorative casting at the top of the shaft. The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated and painted UV resistant coating in approved color shade. The Pole & the cast iron embellishments should be machined & polished properly to get the smooth finish. The coating should have a DFT of 80-90microns. Entire unit shall be given an extensive three Stage treatment with PU based etch primer, Zinc phosphate primer and Poly Urethane paint of approved color & prescribed for such surfaces to make it absolutely rust and corrosion proof, as well as giving it a pleasing appearance. Notes:- (a) The amount of Rs. 106196/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 124 & 125 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
