Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc & prepare to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, with mixing WPC @ 3% by wt of cement surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(Un reinforced) in ground floor & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and removing debries out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for providing cement concrete as levelling and roof kerbs or mud stops, including finishing the surface with grinder to receive the acrylic based water proofing material, rounded or chamfered on edges etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removing existing treatment new/old on wall,,ceiling surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper overover one coat of primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing newly & Old plastered surfaces of walls / ceilings by scrapping / rubbing and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) Base coat of Apex ultima protek duralife and top coat of Apex Ultima protek, Make : Asian Paints) over a coat of alkali resistent primer through authorized applicator only including use of scaffoldings, complete all as specified and directed. Make: "Apex Ulitima" of Asian Paints "trucare" Primer / "Weather coat all Guard"of Berger Paints / Dulux weather shield Max of Dulux Paints/Excel top Guard of Nerolac paints as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint), complete all as specified and directed.

Sound Block Composite System Ceiling. Providing and Fixing of Sound Block Composite System are designed for Sound Proofing and Echo Controling by using Multiple layers of Non-absorptive and Absorptive material like - Sound Block Board, Noise Barrier Sheet, Sound Block Board, Rockwool with Isolater suspenders. Sound Block Composite System installed with GI frame work, with frame section of 600x600mm c/c, cavity area filled with 100mm thick Rockwool 80kg/m3 density with Isolater suspender for vibration control. Rockwool Safe n Silent Pro rockwool. NRC Value 1.00 to be applied inside framing cavities. Excellent Thermal and Sound Insulation, Humidity control factor upto RH 95%, Fire Resistant Class A with thermal Resistance. 2 Layers of sandwich type soundblock boards 12mm in thickness screwed onto GI Frame work. Noise Barrier Sheet (1700kg/m3 Density, Sound Reduction Index, Rw-26, as per IS 9901-3:2019 DIN52210-1:1984/ISO 140-3:1995 (AMD 2004) ISO 140-4: 1998/ISO 16283-1:2014/ISO 10140-2: 2010/ ASTM E90-09/ISO 717-1:2020. Certified by GRIHA V.2019 criterion: 11, GRIHA V.2015 criterion: 11 & GRIHA V. 3.1 criterion: 29) with one layer of 6 MM thick Sound Damping layer having Thermal Conductivity 0.037 @ 20 C as per EN ISO 8497 (DIN 52613) sandwich in between Sound Block board. Installation of Sound Block Composite Ceiling System shall be carried out as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and directed.
