Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling watreing and well rammingh in layers n'exc 25cm in soft/loose soil for sewage pipe line manholes sides and cleaning the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old damaged manhole cover of any size and description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast moulded reinforced cement concrete factory made precast moulded and vibro compacted manhole covers with necessary handles of size 900X450X100 mm medium duty confirming to IS 12592 -2002 placed in position wherever required all as directed. Note: Manhole cover shall be of "BMC pattern" precast slab as in RMC M30 obtained from approved manufacturer as directed by GE.

Cleaning & maintainance of solid/liquid mud/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or similar items deposited in soakwll/septic tank etc. at any depth and any size(in plan area) using SUPER SUCTION MACHINE TRUCK MOUNTED HAVING SUCTION CAPACITY 1000 TO 4000 Cum/Hrs at any location under NOFRA. Bottom surface of soakwell/septic tank should be visible after cleaning process. Sludges/sludge water/any type of waste recovered from sewage lines/manholes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer in charge. NOTE NO:- 01 a) Once cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract for free flow. If there is any blockage during the period of the contract, the same will be cleared without any extra cost by the contractor.

However period of completion is 330 days of the whole work/BOQ. Four months has been reserved for output performance of sewage (ii) Payment shall be made to the contractor against the work done as under:- (a) 70% after one month from date of cleaning the sewage line on alloted site. (b) 10% after two months from the date of cleaning the sewage line on alloted site. (c) 10% after three months from the date of cleaning the sewage line on alloted site. (d) 10% (in the final RAR.

Cleaning & clearing of any size of bore underground/above ground sewage line from any type of trap (WCs/Gully trap/ floor traps/CI pipes/Nahani traps/Bathrooms etc) upto 1st Manhole of any description from ground floor to forth floor(both vertical and horizontal) including scafolding and safety measures and at any height/depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking (Sludge / sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE No-1 :- (a) The complaint shall be attended on the same day and complaints slips duly signed by the user will be deposited back to the JE(Civil) on the same day (b) A penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint will be levied in case complaint not rectified by the contractor on the same day. (c) A pucca bound register shall be maintained for this purpose which shall always be kept in the custody of JE Civil indicating date and time of complaint informed and rectified respectively.

NOTE No-2 :- (a) The contractor shall deploy minium 01 safaiwala, 01 helper (Total 02 people ) alongwith T&P to attend the complaints. The contractor/his rep will report to JE (Civil) in complaint cell/service centre of AGE B/R-I under GE(NW) Karanja between 0900 to 0930 hrs (except on Sunday/Gazetted holidays). (b) The complaints shall be attended on the same day and complaints slips duly signed by the user will be depo sited back to JE (Civil) on the same day . (c) Working time for all people employed the contractor will be from 0900 to 1700 hrs . In case of emergency , they can be called any time beyond specified time and will be given off at the discretion of Engr-in-charge (d) A penalty of Rs 200/- per day per person will be levied in case of absence of any safaiwala or helper (e) A pucca bound register shall be mainted for this purpose which shall always be maintained in the custody of JE (Civ) indicating date and time of complaint informed and rectified respectively. (f) Man power /employees deployed by contractor shall have saftey measures for the job and life insurance policy for compensation in case of any accident. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate by the bidder . No extra claim shall be entertained by the department

Cleaning of sewage line of any dia by roding or any other suitable method to clean the sludge/blockage inside the sewage line and well flushing with water to drainage the sludge etc. cease the flow of sewage incl removing and refixing the manhole cover all as specified and directed NOTE NO:-1. Once cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract for free flow. If there is any blockage during the period of the contract, the same will be cleared without any extra cost by the contractor. NOTE NO:-2. i) Work done of item No 57 shall be completed within one month after handing over of site (either full or in phased manner and no any claim shall be admissible on this account in later stage) to the contractor . Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor of RCC slab as following steps-

(a) After cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 with WPC @ weight of cement on bottom/sides of RCC.

(b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers. Then Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations after that Apply second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers.

(c) Spouts of 40mm dia PVC pipes projecting at least by 150mm clear of face of the outer wall.

(d) 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be provided on bottom.

(e) 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 with WPC @ by weight of cement on sides of RCC.

(f) After laying of CI connections apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion.

(g) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40mm brick aggregate after carrying out required test for joints/water proofing. Note 1:- The treatment shall also be provided over side wall upto a ht of 150 mm above FFL Note 2:- Water proofing treatment will be carried out through authorised applicators approved by GE and testing charge included in item rate.

M&L 40 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement.
