Part-A (LED Lighthing Fixtures) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following LED lighting fixtures, complete with interconnection to existing point using 3 C X 1 sq.mm copper conductor flexible cable OR using 3 nos. of 1.0 sq.mm FRLS copper wires with 4 way terminal looping connector block , termination with suitable copper lugs etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1.) The wiring / cabling & connector blocks used for interconnections shall be measured under item no.-6 of Part-C. 2.) The fixture got to be approved by department before manufacturing / supply. All the fixtures shall have onsite replacement warranty of 3 years from date of supply except LED tubes. LED tube lamps shall have onsite replacement warranty of 2 years from date of supply. Warranty certificates shall be submitted to department.

Bulkhead fixture :- 700 lumen LED bulkhead lighting fixture having minimum efficacy of 100 lm/watt, cool white/neutral white colour temperature, diffused polycarbonate cover, pressure die cast housing having atleast IP65 & IK08 protection, fixing with suitable anchor fastner with align screw headed bolts on ceiling/wall as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1) Scope of work also includes dismantling & take away of existing light fixtures along with their lamps. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate.

LED Tube light fixture (2xT) : Tube light fixture with readymade 2 x T box type batten with holders suitable for LED tubes, complete with 2 nos. of 4 feet, min. 2100 lumen, 6500K T-8 LED tubes having minimum efficacy of 115 Lm/W , with polycarbonate body , mettalic internal heatsink & THD<15% including fixing on the positions of existing tube light fixtures with suitable GI screws etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1) Scope of work also includes dismantling & take away of existing tube light fixtures along with tubes. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate.

LED Tube light fixture (1xT) : Tube light fixture with ready made 1 x T box type batten with holders suitable for LED tubes, complete with 1 no. of 4 feet, min. 2100 lumen, 6500K T-8 LED tube having minimum efficacy of 115 Lm/W , with polycarbonate body, mettalic internal heatsink & THD<15% including fixing on the positions of existing tube light fixtures with suitable GI screws etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1) Scope of work also includes dismantling & take away of existing tube light fixtures along with tubes. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rates.

LED Tube light fixture with reflector for Black Boards (1xT) : Tube light fixture with ready made 1 x T box type batten with 18 SWG stainless steel unidirectional trapezoidal reflector & holders suitable for LED tubes, complete with 1 no. of 4 feet, min. 2100 lumen, 6500K T-8 LED tube having minimum efficacy of 115 Lm/W , with polycarbonate body, mettalic internal heatsink & THD<15% including fixing on the positions of existing tube light fixtures with suitable GI screw etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1.) Scope of work includes dismantling & take away of existing tube light fixtures along with tubes except reflector. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rates. 2.) Reflector shall be duly fixed with batten for lighting the black boards.

Waterproof LED Tube light fixture (2xT) : Tube light fixture with readymade IP65 Surface Mounted Waterproof batten suitable for 2 x T8 TLED lamps with holders suitable for LED tubes, complete with 2 nos. of 4 feet, min. 2100 lumen, 6500K , T-8 LED tube having minimum efficacy of 115 Lm/W , with polycarbonate body & THD<15% including fixing on the positions of existing tube light fixtures with suitable GI screws etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1.) Scope of work also includes dismantling & take away of existing tube light fixtures along with tubes. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate.

Recess Mounted 2'x2' Luminiare: Recess mounted 2'x2' , IP20, 3600 lm (min.) LED fixture with min efficacy of 120 lm/W, min.CRI :- 80, THD<10% complete with all necessary hardware for fixing in the false ceiling etc., as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1.) Scope of work includes dismantling & take away of existing fixture along with lamps. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate. 2.) The fixtures shall have onsite replacement warranty of 1 year from date of completion of work . Warranty certificates shall be submitted to department. 3.) Scope of work also includes making suitable space by cutting the false ceiling, fixing of adapter plate as required for installation of the new fixture.

Note: 1.) Scope of work includes dismantling & take away of existing fixture along with lamps. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate. 2.) Low Bay LED Fixture (4,200 lm): Surface mounted LED well glass fixture 5700 K, IP 65, IK 08 with min. efficacy of 125 lm/W, lumen output :- 4200 Lm , min. CRI:-70 , THD<10%, Pressure Die Cast aluminium Housing , transparent PC cover, inbuilt driver, atleast 4KV inbuilt SPD with all necessary hardware for fixing on the ceiling/dome frame etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1.) Scope of work includes dismantling & take away of existing fixture along with lamps. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate. 2.) Preferable Width / Dia. – 200mm to 250mm.

High Bay LED Fixture (10,000 lm): LED High Bay fixture 5700 K, IP 65, IK 08, with min. efficacy of 150 lm/W, lumen output :- 10,000 Lm , min. CRI:-70 , THD<10%, Pressure Die Cast aluminium Housing , PC low lens optics for glare free distribution, inbuilt driver, atleast 4KV inbuilt SPD, complete with suitable brackets and clamps with all necessary hardware for fixing on the ceiling/dome frame etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. THD Note: 1.) Scope of work includes dismantling & take away of existing fixture along with lamps. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate. 2.) Preferably Circular with Diameter 300mm to 380 mm with eye bolt mounting arrangement.

Flood Light (3500 lm) : LED Cool White / Nuetral white Flood light luminaire with minimum 3,500 lumen, 5700K, IP65 & IK07 protection, having minimum efficacy of min. 95 Lm / watt , pressure die cast aluminium body, PC lens with all necessary hardware as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1.) Scope of work also includes dismantling & take away of existing tube light fixtures along with tubes. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate.

Flood Light (8000 lm) : LED Cool White / Nuetral white Flood light luminaire with minimum 8,000 lumen, 5700K, IP65 & IK07 protection, having minimum efficacy of min. 110 Lm / watt , pressure die cast aluminium body, Toughened Glass lens with all necessary hardware as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1.) Scope of work also includes dismantling & take away of existing tube light fixtures along with tubes. Credit for taking away dismantled materials shall be inlcuded in the quoted rate.

Lighting fixture Downrod - Fabrication, supply & installation of downrods made up of 20mm outer dia. GI conduit for installtion of lighting fixtures as required & per instruction of EIC.

Ball socket: Supply & installtion of ball socket suitable for 20mm outer dia. GI conduit including threading of downrod at both ends & making hole in the tube light batten for fixing of downrod etc. including all accesories as required & as per instruction of EIC. Note: Scope of work includes fixing of Ball socket on ceiling surface with two nos. of suitable size anchor fasteners.

Part-B (Fans) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following BLDC ceiling fans confirming to IS 374/1979 with remote controlled speed regulation with aluminium blades complete with 16SWG safety chain & remote etc. including interconnection to existing fan point , termination with suitable copper lugs etc. as per technical specifications and as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Scope of work also includes 1.) Dismantling of the exisitng ceiling fans and depositiing the old fans in packed condition in the cartons of new celing fans to DCSEM store. 2.) Replacement of MS cover plate with fabricated 2 mm thick PVC round cover plate for covering the fan junction box. Dimensions of PVC plate shall be same as of the existing plates. 3.) The wiring / cabling & connector blocks used for interconnections shall be measured under item no.-6 of Part-C.

Exhaust fan : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following Heavy duty Exhaust Fans with necessary Aluminium framework (made out of 2 mm thick 6063 grade Aluminium C - Lip Channels) including interconnection to existing exhaust fan point with 3Cx 2.5 sq.mm Multistranded Cu. conductor FRLS PVC insulated flexible cable along with 3 pin plug top. Note: Scope of work includes : 1) Fabrication , Supply & Fixing of Aluminium framework of suitable size on wall/window including making suitable provision in wall/existing window by breaking & chiseling the wall/window, cutting the existing conduits if required, filling the leftover gaps after placing the Aluminium framework with cement mortar, bricks etc. finishing by applying white cement & touch up painting of that area by roller/brush etc. all as instructed by EIC. Framework shall be duly welded before galvanisation. 2) Providing fan gaurd, made out of 16 SWG S.S. 304 spiral wires, from motor side for covering the fan blades with all SS Hardware as required & as per attached diagram. 3) A sample of the frame & fan gaurd shall be submitted to the Dept. for approval before bulk manufacturing.

300 mm sweep , 1400 rpm Heavy duty Exhaust Fan having air delivery of atleast 1950 m³/h.

380 mm sweep , 1400 rpm Heavy duty Exhaust Fan having air delivery of atleast 3700 m³/h.

Fan hook:- Fabrication, supply & installation of ceiling fan hook made up of 100 x 100 mm square plate fabricated out of 8mm thick MS plate and "U" shape hook made up of 8mm MS rod duly welded with square plate, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint including drilling holes in corners, fixing it by four nos. of anchor fastener of size min. 8 mm x 50 mm for suspension of ceiling fan, all as required and instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1.) Sample fan hook shall be got approved by Dept. before bulk manufacturing of hooks. 2.) "U" hook shall be welded on both sides of the square plate.

Ceiling Fan Downrod - Fabrication, supply & installation of downrods made up of MS Pipe of suitable size with inner dia of 15mm & outer dia of approx. 19mm for installation of ceiling fans with 16 SWG safety chain of required length, including powder coating & drilling of holes as required & as per instruction of EIC.

Supply of Ceiling fan (BLDC) :- Supply of 1200mm BLDC ceiling fan confirming to IS 374/1979 with remote controlled speed regulation with aluminium blades complete with 16SWG safety chain & remote etc. as per technical specifications and as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Part-C (Miscllaneous Works) Swivelling Bracket: Fabrication, supply & installation of swivelling bracket for street light luminaries with 1500 mm long 25 mm Nominal bore dia. G. I. pipe (Class -B) as per IS 1239 bent into required shape for bracket & fixed in 450 mm long 32 mm Nominal bore dia. GI pipe (Class -B) having 3 no.s of clamping arrangement , made up of 300 mm long 40 X 5 mm G.I. strip, welded suitably to it (32 mm dia. G. I. pipe) including making 2 no.s of 8 mm holes on 32 mm dia. G. I. pipe for welding suitable nuts on pipe with required bolts for tightening the bracket fixed on surface of wall/slab/beam by 6 Nos. of minimum 10 mm anchor fastner with coach screws, painting of whole bracket with two coats of enamel paint by dipping method etc. Note: Scope of work includes i) Dismantling & takeaway of existing swivelling bracket. Suitable rebate shall be considered in the quoted rate. ii) Removal of existing LED lights from old brackets & refixing of existing LED lights on new swivelling brackets. iii) Providing earthing to bracket by interconnecting with 1.5 sq.mm wire to junction/terminal box.

GI Reducer / Spreader for swivelling bracket : Fabrication, supply , installation, welding & painting of 50mm length GI Reducer / Spreader to decrease / increase the dia. of existing swivelling bracket in order to installal LED security lighting fixtures as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Termination Box: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of IP66 Halogen free and weather proof cable terminal box (without knockouts) similar to catalogue no. KF2500H of M/s HENSEL make with 4-way terminal block and 0.5-4 A, SP, MCB (D-Curve) on DIN channel, 2mm thick removable gland plate of suitable size, and open-able plain cover etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: Scope of work includes i.) Dismantling & takeaway of existing Termination boxes. Suitable rebate shall be considered in the quoted rate. ii.) Removal of cables along with glands from existing termination boxes & retermination of existing cables in the new termination boxes. End termination for this, will be measured under item no. 5 of Part-C.

Cable - 3C X 6 sq.mm Aluminium Cable (Area Lighting) : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 C x 6 sq. mm Alluminium cable having following specs: 1. Grade : 1.1 KV 2. Conductor: Multi Stranded Aluminium conductor as per Class-2 of IS: 8130 3. Insulation: XLPE (Cross linked polyethylene); Colours : Red, Yellow, Blue & Black 4. Inner sheath : Extruded PVC Type ST-2 as per IS: 5831 , Colour : Black 5. Aarmour : Single Layer of Galvanized Steel Flat Strip/Round wire 6. Outer sheath: Extruded PVC Type ST-2 as per IS: 5831 , Colour : Black

On wall/column/slab with 4-5mm thick hot dip G.I. flat/angle support as spacers at intervals of 300mm fixed with coach screws/anchor fasteners/grouted in wall & 2mm. thick hot dip G.I. saddle with all fixing accessories, etc.

In existing Hume pipe/G.I. Pipe/HDPE pipe/trench /shaft/pit.

Cable End Termination Providing end termination for 3 C x 6 sq. mm 1.1 kv grade XLPE insulated armoured cables with solder less heavy duty tinned copper lugs, heavy duty brass cable gland, insulation tape, duplicate earthing with brass earthing tags of suitable thickness ,inter connection to nearest earthing point with 8 SWG GI wires, copper lugs etc. as per relevant IS specification and as per instruction of Engineer in-charge.

Flexible Cable , wires & connectors:

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 C X 1 sq.mm, 1.1 kV grade PVC insulated, FRLS PVC extruded outer sheathed , multistranded copper conductor flexible cable with all fixing accessories like cable ties etc. , as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 nos. of 1.0 sq.mm , 1.1 kV grade PVC insulated, multistranded flexible FRLS copper wires as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 4 way terminal looping connector block including termination of existing point wiring with new copper lugs as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 3 plate ceiling rose on existing concealed junction box / PVC square box with suitable PVC round plate, fixing with GI screws etc. as required & as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 3mm thick bakelite sheet on existing concealed junction/switch boxes fixed with required GI screws & chromium plated brass cupwashers etc. as per the requirement of Engineer-in- charge.

Air duct for exhaust : Design, Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of exhaust fan air duct (for 300mm/380mm exhaust fan) fabricated out of 20 SWG GI sheet complete with splitters, turning vanes, transition pieces, bends, elbows, reducers, flanged joints with neoprene rubber gaskets, angle stiffeners (wherever required), exhaust duct, cowl etc. All hardware like nuts, bolts and washers shall be GI. All flanged joints shall be made reasonably airtight and all interior surfaces shall be smooth. Bends shall be made with throat radius not less than one half the dimension of the duct in the direction of turn. Note : 1) Scope of work includes breaking of wall & filling the leftover gaps in wall after placing the duct with cement mortar, bricks etc. finishing by applying white cement & touch up painting of that area by roller/brush etc. all as instructed by EIC. 2) Agency has to made their own arrangement (ladder /scaffolding, zoola, etc.) for working at height of 5-6 Mtr (approx).
