M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying through mechanical means two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including applying 1 mm thickness plaster of paris putty to prepare the surface even and smooth as specified and directed.

Remove existing water proofing treatment. Picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust. While doing the treatment on existing roof, concrete should be thoroughly inspected for any significant distress. Such distress, if any repaired/ rehabilitated and treated. Note:- Pipes over roof should be realigned and the rate is deems to be included in the quoted rate.

Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC by roughening using suitable file to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable arrangement (depending upon site conditions). Applying a coat of styrenebutadiene based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR to enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces. Packing the gap using nonshrink cement polymer-based grout using conbextra GP2 upto the surface of the bore whilst the Nitobond SBR is in tacky state. The above analysis is based on assumption for 150mm diameter core with 110mm diameter PVC for 5” thick slab only. Typical Properties Compressive strength at 28day as per BS 1881 45N/mm2, completely as per the manufacturer’s Instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Asian Paint TPO or equivalent product of M/S MC Bauchemic /CIPY/SIKA/Pidilite Dr Fixit also provide as per manufacturer technical guidelines)

Making coving of 50mm X 50mm at all the flat & vertical junction using Fosroc Renderoc S Single component, shrinkage compensated, fiber reinforced, thixotropic cementitious mortar, to achieves a minimum compressive strength of 20 MPa in 1day and 55 MPa in 28days when tested as per EN 12190 and capable of applying 50mm thickness in single layer of approved product finished flush with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Similar products of Asian Paint or equivalent product of M/S MC Bauchemic /CIPY/SIKA/Pidilite Dr Fixit also provide as per manufacturer technical guidelines )

Providing and laying / fixing TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane of non-flammable waterproofing of Roof on prepared surface of roof & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet. which shall be a 1.5mm thick loose laid membrane using Fosroc Proofex ORG (I) membrane or equivalent layers are overlapped to achieve a minimum weld of 110mm. Hot air welding can be either hand applied or by means of automatic machines and the roll’s either end are overlapped with 110mm are in staggered position and the membrane shall be laid over the layers of nonwoven geotextile fiber or Asian Paint TPO or equivalent product of M/S MC Bauchemic /CIPY/SIKA/Pidilite Dr Fixit TPO membrane. The separation layer provided to prevent the mechanical abrasion and cushioning between the Fosroc Proofex ORG (I) membrane and the concrete substructure. The termination of Fosroc Proofex ORG (I) by aluminum strip anchoring complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacture's specifications and application methodology. Execution to be done with authorized trained/skilled applicator with prior experience of more than 5 years in applying similar system.and as per manufacturer technical guidelines laid by manufacturer, Company back guarantee to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment)

Cutting chasis, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings etc, for concealed conduit wiring into the stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete suitable for housing 25mm dia conduit pipe using heavy duty stone drilling/cutter machine and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in,including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable with locally available dry sand for protection of cable 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover ,punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Punned thickness of sand to be consider for measurement purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrets cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old rusted pipe and material and labour for 50 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath,fixing with garden light fitting etc including clamps, nut bolt and washers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs PVC cable loop box with pole or in PCC for bollard fitting and size not less than 200 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm, out door type, IP 65 including 4 Nos aluminum bus bar of size 25mmx5mm mounted on porcelain insulators with one MCB SP 6 amps 230 volts connected with phase wire to any type light fitting and using FI clampsof size 20mm x3 mm for fixing of PVC cable loop box with pole,including nuts,bolts & washers and connecting the any core cables to bus bars with using suitable size GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs two core PVC insulated,multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS of size1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs LED post-top Gate light fitting 25 watts made in die - cast aluminium bottom housing and spun aluminium top reflector with decorative clear acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M& L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs LED flood light fitting 100 watts,240 Volt, single phase, AC outdoor type,high pressure die cast aluminum hosing with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including taking down unserviceable fitting, connecting and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
