S & F in replacement of deshaped fan blades with Fan blade of ceiling fan any make, 1200mm sweep, including nuts, bolts and fixing complete. Make Ganesh or equvalant of USHA/Havells of higher cost

S & F in replacement of rusted out louvers with MS finned louvers complete all as specified of the following sizes of exhaust fans (Rates quoted to be incl of necessary sky folding/ladders to work upto the ht of 15mtrs) (a) 300 to 380 mm sweep

All as per item above but for 400 to 600 mm sweep

Taking down geyser of any capacity any make and type for repairs overhauling after disconnecting of water and electric connection for denting & painting and fixing the same at site duly anchor fastned by grouting the wall and testing complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- Thermostat Heating elements base plate, Safety valve, Indicator lamps etc, to be measured and paid separately under the individual relevant items)

Supply & Fixing in replacement of geyser element 1.5/2.0 kw capacity existing make at site complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in repalcement of thermostat suitable for geyser 25/50Ltrs Capacity as per existing make at site complete all as specifed and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs to copper cable flexible 3 core of size 1.5sq mm complete. (Make: - RR Kabel/ Finolex/ Anchor).

Supply and fixing in replacement of resin bounded extra thick glass wool complete.

Supply & fixing in replacement of gasket for apparatus plate capacity 25/50 ltrs complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs to indicator lamp (Red / Green) as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs to Prismatic cold water inlet pipe 15mm dia 450mm long with brass union and rubber washes complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs to hot water outlet pipe 14mm dia PVC wire coated with CP brass nut, bolts and rubber washers complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brazing of copper tank inner vessel at leakage point and making good to the tank surface complete.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug socket 240 V with one MCB SP ‘C’ series rating 20 to 30 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/standard/CG/ C&S / Havells

Removing the exhaust fans above 300 mm to 450 mm sweep from location and servicing including 2 coats of paint over a coat of primer after preparing the outer surface, writing MES No and fixing with flexible cord complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the Ceiling fan above 1200 mm sweep from location and servicing including 2 coats of paint over a coat of primer after preparing the outer surface, writing MES No and fixing with flexible cord complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying painting to geyser 25 ltrs capacity with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after complete removal of existing treatment complete. (Note: - Taking down & refixing shall be measured & paid separetely under relavent items .)

M & L applying painting to geyser 50 ltrs capacity with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after complete removal of existing treatment complete. (Note: - Taking down & refixing shall be measured & paid separetely under relavent items .)

Removing the ceiling fan from position(at any ht) and making provision to fix in the existing ceiling / truss and providing MS hooks made out of 6mm MS rod bend to shape and connecting up complete and 23/0.0076 flexible 2 core copper wire from connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceiling fan down rod made out of 15mm GI tubing medium grade including making necessary threads / holes etc suitable for hanging ceiling fan up to 3m long after removing the u/s down rods complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting Electrically and dismantling of AC ceiling fans of any size of any make, washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing/cleaning fan blades, body etc. thoroughly, provision new greasing, replacement of wornout/defective/ unserviceable parts (wherever necessary), reassembling the same including provision of twin core flexible (copper) wire upto 1.0M long, reconnection, taking down and re-hanging the same after provision new safety pins and lock nuts at the same building and satisfactory test run on load all as directed. (Note : Replacement of worn out/defective/unserviceable parts by providing new parts and rewinding shall be measured and paid separeately under relavent items).

All as per item above hereinbefore but for exhaust fans of any size and make.

Rewinding the rotor of AC ceiling fans of any make1200 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of adequate size (i.e. gauge/dia) including allinsulation materials, varnishing (make : Dr Beck) and baking heating providing connector etc. complete all as directed.

All as per item above hereinbefore but for ceiling fan 1400mm sweep

All as per item above herein before but for Exhaust fan upto 380 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item above herein before but for Exhaust fan upto 480 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed

Remove the unserviceable ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep from position transporting to a reputed workshop, open the covers remove the burntout un serviceable winding wire and rewind with insulated copper winding wire after preparing the slots etc including proper insulation and remove the unserviceable bearing and brass bushes supply and fix new suitable bearing and bushes including setting for smooth operation complete all as directed.

S & F All as per item above hereinbefore but for exhaust fans of any type/make.

S & F Ball bearing of size suitable for any type/make ceiling fans including fixing (Make : SFK/TATA/NEC/HCH)

Remove the unserviceable capacitor and supply and fix condenser 2/3.15/4 mfd for fans (Havells/Universal/SFK/EPCOS)

Remove the unserviceable capacitor and supply and fix condenser 6/8 mfd for fans complete all as directed. (Havells/Universal/SFK)

S & F Bush made out of copper of size suitable for any type/make ceiling fans including fixing complete.

S & F steped type electronics fan regulator flush type only existing complete specified & directed. (Make Anchor/SSR/Crompton)

S & F of ceiling fan clamps nut & bolt and rubber bush of suitable size complete specified & directed.

S & Fix PVC conduit pipe 20mm dia (ISI Marked) complete alongwith necessary fixing arrngment all as specified & directed

S & Fix PVC casing capping 25mm complete (ISI Marked) alongwith necessary fixing arrangment all as specified & directed
