Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff during execution of work.

Breaking of RCC cover of chamber for entering in the chamber for repairing purpose of valves by using of electric hammer machine, chisel and manual labour. The job i/c removing of broken civil material from valves chamber to outside by manual labour as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Dismantling of sluice valve for repairing purpose dismantling each part like both gear with shaft, gland plate, gland top housing, spindle with GM nut, G.M. ring, flap and dome by cutting of worn out nut bolt with the help of gas cutter and men power and pressure puller for removing the gear and taking out with The help of chain pulley block, tripod and other handling equipment as per site requirement.

Providing & fixing of dead plate on the valve for avoid the leakage of water by using of nut- bolts, rubber packing & other hardware goods. The job includes cutting of plate as per valve shape by the help of gas cutter.

Repairing of S.S. Spindle by remantling on the damaged portion, the job i/c machining, re-threading, finishing etc.

Repairing of G.M. ring of body and flap by remantling, machining and finishing by machining work to make its original shape as required by job. Also includes the charges of Re-fixing the same of GM ring in body and flap.

Repairing of CI flap by repairing of GM nut groove in the flap for accurate fixing of GM nut. Fabrication and fixing of MS flat/plate by drilling and threading in CI flap and tightly fixing by using of nut bolts and washer with proper machining / alignment and operation with flap as per requirement by job.

Repairing of gland housing by machining work making proper size of thrust bearing seat and maintain the size as per spindle. Replacement of gland bolts and repairing of gland plate.

Making of GM nut suitable for spindle of 900 mm dia sluice valve having squire thread and duly machined with complete finishing as per sample.

Making new of gear of small size for easily and smooth operation of sluice valve with complete machining, teeth cutting as per existing size and tempered for long life of gear and complete finishing and key way cutting as per sample.

Making of shaft for small gear by EN-8 Material with complete machining, key way cutting and finishing as per sample includes the providing of new key with shaft.

Making of MS. Wheel for operating the sluice valve by using of MS rod the job include bending, cutting, welding, grinding and finishing.

Repairing of main gear remantling machining of loose bore and damage teeth and re-making of new key way with complete machining and finishing.

Charges of hydra crane for removing the heavy parts of valve from the chamber, loading – unloading in the transport vehicle and fixing the same after repairing.

Providing of nut bolts with washer.

Providing of rubber packing.

Fixing of sluice valve after repairing of each part fixing the same each parts on its original position like both gear with shaft, gland plate, gland top housing, spindle with GM nut, G.M. ring of flap and body and dome by fixing of nut bolts, rubber packing and other hardware goods as per job requirement with the help of tools & tackles with men power and chain pulley block, tripod and other handling equipment as per site requirement.

Repairing of RCC chamber and recasting of cover of chamber after completion the work by using of required civil material with the help of manual labour. DSR 2018

Hiring charges of tools & tackles gas cutter, welding machine, repairable spare parts of valve and other items as per requirement of site to workshop to & fro.

Painting and primer charges of complete work in our scope with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & color.

Testing and commissioning of sluice valve on full load.
