All as per item No- 100 here-in-before but capacity of 100 KVA (Station Transformer) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of 33 KV VCB Panel by brushing/ cleaning, stain, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of spray painting synthetic enamel paint on all sides of 33 KV VCB Panel with spraying machine including writting description of equipment with reflective adhesive painter tape complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No- 102 here-in-before but capacity of 11 KV VCB Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surfaces of any description (such as chain link fencing, gates, etc) over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise describe and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for periodical servicing, repairing & testing of HT 33 KV Current Transformer (CT) by cleaning of bushing and terminal by CTC solution of CT ratio 120/60/5 Amp rating , 33 KV and checking of oil level, rectify the leakage if any and testing the oil strength (BD test) and proper connection checking and testing with following:- (i)nInsulation resistance test between phase to phase & phase to earth Notes:- The rates for nuts, bolts, washers. lugs, thimble, wires and minor items required for smooth functioning of the eqpt shall deemed to be included in the quoted rated. Rates for testing of equipments and accessories required at site for conducting above test deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for rewinding of high voltage/ low voltage coil with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge, varnishing, impregnated paper insulated and drying the complete coils complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of keeping the winding with care in electric oven for 72 Hrs to improve the insulation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
