Demolition of floor &hearth wall tiling including cement motar bedding of any description laid bedded and pointed.

M&L for heavy duty vitrified unpolished porcelain floor tiles of size 300 x 300mm, 10mm thick of make Neo Deccan Natural of somany or Endura of Johnson or equivalent of other specified makes suitable for heavy vehicle movement, laid in floors of pattern as approved, set and jointed with Ezy Grout with spacers of somany to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on on fair faces of concrete surfaces over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of new TMT bars of any dia by welding or inserting by drilling holes and embeded in epoxy grout bonding agent of hilti or equivalent for all existing reinforcement repair works in any position wherever necessary complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The lap provided shall be 15 cm on either side of bar which has lost its sectional area all as specified and as directed

M & L for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete formwork to Chajjas and similar work including edges with scaffolding all as specified and as directed

S/F In repairs for removal of old PVC/cast iron floor trap incl wall crossing pipe and fixed with new outlet 75mm pvc (swr) floor trap with stainless steel grating and new wall crossing and filling with pcc 1:2:4 with water proofing compound including matchng with existed tile and joining with outer pipe line with solvent all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work/concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and mixed with Water Proofing compound including scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces on external walls and applying one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti-algal weather proof paint complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.
