Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Each tenderer shall submit only one tender for one whole work. A tenderer who submits or participates in more than one Tender (other than as a sub-contractor or in cases of alternatives that have been permitted or requested) will cause all the proposals with the Tenderers participation to be disqualified

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the Employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

SITE VISIT- The contractor/s shall visit the site to acquaint himself / themselves with the site conditions and study the drawings and specifications in detail prior to tendering and no claims will be entertained on the ground of ignorance or otherwise of the conditions under which the work shall have to be executed.

SITE SUPERVISION - The contractor shall either himself supervise the execution of the contract or shall appoint competent and experienced Engineers on his own for supervision of the work. Where the contractor is not a qualified Engineer or even if he is so qualified but in the opinion of the accepting authority, cannot give full attention to the works, the Contractor shall at his own expense employ adequate Engineers to supervise the work and to receive instructions from the Engineer-in-Charge. The following will be the minimum Engineers to be employed for the contract.

Non-deployment or less qualified staff deployed by a contractor will be treated as serious breach of terms of contract. Therefore, for the first time contractor should be warned in writing and necessary recoveries affected for sub-standard work. For any subsequent breach, the contractor will be banned from business with PACS, Akkur. as per rules by keeping proper records.

All works shall be subject to examination and approval by the Engineer in charge. No. work shall be covered up or put out of view prior to such approval and the contractor shall give due notice to the Engineer- In-Charge or his authorized Representative, whenever any such work is ready and the Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative shall without unreasonable delay, attend for the purpose of examining such works.

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER THE TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka / BBMP/KPWD.

No physical Documents shall be considered. Further the Tenderer shall submit a Hard Copy of Technical Bid already submitted through e-procurement within 2 days of Tender Submission through e-procurement to the office of the MD, KSCCF Ltd., Bengaluru, during working Hours. The Tenderers shall also produce all the original Documents for verification whenever necessary

Technical Criteria

General

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Should have satisfactorily completed the works as mentioned below during the last five years ending 31/03/2025. 1.Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.10,39,500.00 or 2.Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.20,79,000.00 or 3.One similar work costing not less than Rs. 31,18,500.00-i. Work orders and Completion certificates issued by the authority concerned to establish work experience. ii.Completion certificates for work issued by Private parties shall be supported by TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Certificates.
