Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning XPLE insulated, armoured, heavy duty underground LT electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm x 2 core, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles and wall or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs including taking out existing cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning and protection cover shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per item No. 1.00 but of size 16 Sqmm x 2 core.

All as per item No. 1.00 but of size 35 Sqmm x 3½ core.

All as per item No. 1.00 but of size 50 Sqmm x 3½ core.

S&F in position galvanised iron tubes 40mm bore, light grade laid under road/ floor or fixed along wall/ pole for protection of cable fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.6 but size 80 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting bituminous road/ path (maximum width 45cm) for passing of GI pipes and making good the disturbed surface in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to match with adjoining surfaces including well compaction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED street light fittings 60 watt 230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistance complete with drive, lamp, bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/ 66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement energy saving LED flood light 70 watt capacity high pressure die cast aluminium housing with seal toughened glass cover, including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Cradles, Hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricted with glavnised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 32mm x 6 mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, including taking out old earthing materials complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance shall be less than 3 Ohm. In case test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be re-done without any extra cost to department.

M&L painting of steel pole upto 9m length including cross arms, clamps of any length and shape, for HT over head line, with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20cm dia yellow circle and marking three black & two yellow bands each of width 30cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement PVC sheathed (flexible) round industrial cable of 1.5 Sqmm with stranded copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 15 here in before but 50 KVAR APFC panel.

S&F in repair power factor improvement static condenser (capacitors) of required capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F contactor MNX type, AC 3 phase, 50Hz capacity ML-2, 25Amps, 3 pole with standard coil including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Make:L&T (MNX-9) or equivalent in makes specified in Appx 'A'.

Supply & fix, contactor MNX type, AC 3 phase, 50Hz capacity ML-2, 32Amps, 3 pole with standard coil including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Make:L&T (MNX-32) or equivalent in makes specified in Appx 'A'.

S&F in repairs LED 25 to 40W post top lantern with aluminium die cast housing cum heat sink with IP 65 protection including all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing & maintenance of DG sets of capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA installed at different locations by authorised representative of company (approved by GE) including replacement of the following parts/ components to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete:- (i) Draining out engine/ lubrication oil, flushing and pouring new engine oil after repair/ maintenance of DG set including supply and replacement of oil pan/ chamber gasket. (ii) Supply and replacement of lubricant oil filter element as per existing. (iii) Supply and replacement of fuel filter element as per existing. (iv) Topping up /filling up of radiator with K cool 10 Litres. (v) General servicing of DG set by opening of tappet cover/ top cover, tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment, re-fixing of tappet/ top cover including supply and replacement of tappet cover packing set, shellac/ bostic tube. (vi) Supply and replacement of element air cleaner as per existing. (vii) Tightening of all electrical connection, AVR connections, alternator connection and panel connections. (viii) Tightening of all the hoses, fuel connections & `V' belts. (ix) Cleaning of silencer muffler, radiators. (x) Checking & adjustment of battery terminals and taking out defective and supply and fix new battery terminal in replacement. (xi) Testing of engine on load for 30 minutes. (xii) Supply and replacement of fuel water separator as per existing. (xiii) Checking of auto programming & manual processing. Note: Supply only of spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only fuel filter for DG set capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA.

Supply only lubricant oil filter for DG set capacity 62.5 to 100 KVA.

Supply only fan belt set for DG set capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA.

Supply only hose pipe set for DG set capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA.

Supply and replacement of carbon bush and commutator of complete DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA including necessary lath works to rotor to match with original alignment and position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs illuminated display board with name of water supply / Electric Supply installation of size 1.25mX0.2mX0.9m (LXBXH) with flex of light blue (MES Colour) colour of letters shall be white , outer side fabrication bordered with aluminium angle frame of 25mmX25mmX3mm thick , inner side fabricated with 12 mm MS square bar 50 mm dia GI pipe and nut bolt and washer with display board not less than 3m and PCC 1 :2:4 type B1 for foundation including all internal wirings and illuminated with LED 40 W tubelight fitting 01 Nos SMC/FRP junction box 140mmx140mmx95mm inner dimension including its fixing arrangement and wriiten letter in capital, size of letter proportion with overall size of board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation & testing for Water level controller & indicator Digital wireless,fully automatic with display for voltage, current, cyclic timer, power on delay, dry run time, password settings and live data with all arrangements of hanging etc suitable for underground sump/ overhead tank for any AC motor including taking down old water level indicator complete all as specified and directed.
