Repairing /Servicing/ Dehydration of 630 KVA GEC Make transformer No.2 at 18 MGD Dilshad Garden S.P.S. The following works carrying out as under:- Dismantling of transformer removing all the base frame nut/bolt and disconnecting incoming HT Cable connections as well as outgoing connections
Dismantling the complete transformer. removing the top cover, oil tank, silica gel breathers & cooling fins etc. lifting the core & coils from the transformers tank
Rewinding of 11 KV HT winding limbs
Re-insulation of 0.4 KV LT winding limbs
Replacement of top cover gasket & insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage
Replacement of Transformer Oil
Dehydration of transformer oil
Replacement of silica gel
Assembling the complete transformer & installation the same and testing on load at site
Painting of complete transformer No.2
Cartage and loading and unloading both side
