Hiring and Installation of equipment
Charges for hiring of 4 nos. of 25 HP electric motor pump set with electric panel , starter of suitable capacity including running maintenance complete as required.
Charges for making arrangement of suction, MS common delivery line with sluice valves, flanged pipe of pumps up to the length of 30 mtr approx., cabeling, suitable flood / focus lighting arrangement including NRVs/clamp/nipple as required at site and lighting arrangement, 3 phase cut out board/ ELCB of required capacity, safety measures, barricading, warning signage etc complete as required for 4 no. of 25 HP electric motore pump sets including shed for staff,earthing if required ,nylone rope, chain pulley block and pump charging arrangement, tool and tackle, torch, suction /delivery pipe of suitable length and size such as rubber hose/GI/MS/Cotton hoses/PVC hoses with all hardware as per site requirement) and provision of suitable arrangement such as Girder, or hanging/ fixing arrangement for installation/ lowering of pump such as centrifugal/ mono block/ submersible etc all as required at site.
Labour Component
Operator for Electric motor/ Diesel pump set/ DG set/ other equipments along with other day to day works at WHO site- Two in each shift (6 Nos. per day for 90 days) i.e. 6 persons*90 days= 540 Man days
Helper for Electric motor/ Diesel pump set/ DG set/ other equipments along with other day to day works at WHO site- Three in each shift (9 Nos. per day for 90 days) i.e. 9 persons*90 days= 810 Man days.
