Supplying and Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type-2, flat, of size 450x180x40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning & testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3 Core and including taking up/ down existing unsv cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out cement concrete HT pole, fixed in any positiion and removal from site and taken in credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and erection in vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410, SP-55 (11 meters long) with 300x300x6mm thick mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, MS plate 3mm thick finial taper plug bolt, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surfaces and making alternate black and white strips 30cm high with super enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5 mtrs height from ground level/ coping after erecting, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, PCC for foundation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

Supplying, fixing and testing gang operated air breaker switch, triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe for current rating 200 Amps, outdoor type (confirming to latest IS specifications), HT 11 KV, tripple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly, fuse carrier fitting, 12 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangement including dismantling old one, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs/ replacement mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement anti climbing device, comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 meter clamped and properly secured or as ordered, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Clamps measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable ACSR conductors of any size and type and S&F new ACSR conductors including stringing through existing RCC/ steel poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipes and aluminium binding wire etc, complete of all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates for alumnium tape, binding wire shall be deemed to include in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement lightning arrestor, gapless metal oxide type complete with all fittings, suitable for a system voltage of 11/ 6.6 KV and of class 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement danger notice plate, made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of size 25x20cm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F expulsion type drop out fuse with all accessories and contact insulator etc., fixed on HT pole rating above 10 and upto 25 Amps, suitable for 11/6.6 KV 3 Pole with two Nos insulators per pole including dismantling old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, size 150mm dia and 150mm height, suitable for 11/ 6.6 KV grade including taking down old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F disc type porcelain insulators 145mm height and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11/ 6.6 KV grade including taking down old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F loop type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator with over all dimension 90mm x 140mm with clearance of hole 25.5mm including taking down old unserviceable insulator, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for replacement stay assembly complete with 20mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No. 01 including stay clamps, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Loop insulator, stay wire, excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Taking down and reinstall transformer step down 11/ 6.6 KVA 415 Volts complete, outdoor/ indoor type of capacity upto 300 KVA including transportation to the workshop and back to site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for strip opening of transformer and removing the top cover for inspection, draining the transformer oil and taking out the core along with HT/ LT coil (windings) assembling the core after replacement of HT/ LT coils heating varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connection up, filling in dehydrated new transformer oil and connection with existing electrical system HT/ LT and commissioning, complete on load of capacity not exceeding 160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

All as per Srl item No. 32.00 here-in-above but on load of capacity above 160 KVA and upto 300 KVA.

M&L for filtration of transformer oil of transformers step down 11/ 6.6 KV / 0-433 Volt, indoor/ outdoor type of capacity upto 500 KVA, installed at different sub stations/ locations using filtration and heating equipment at site by re-circulating transformer oil heating, dehydration and improving di-electric strength of the oil to withstand 40 KV for one minute including testing of oil, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Oil test kit shall be provided by the contractor at site for testing of oil without any extra cost.

M&L for filling in with new transformer oil, low viscosity of approved make as per IS-335 of 1992 and di-electric strength 40 KV when tested at 4mm gap, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for winding of HT coil of different type, capacity and make of transformer with approved quality supper enameled copper wire/ strips of suitable gauge and number of turns along with allied materials such as cork sheet, fiber glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (brass) soldering and other packing material etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for winding of LT coil of different type, capacity and make of transformer with approved quality supper enameled copper wire/ strips of suitable gauge and number of turns along with allied materials such as cork sheet, fiber glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (brass) soldering and other packing material etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal, suitable for transformer of capacity upto 160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LT bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal, suitable for transformer of capacity up to 160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement top gasket, made of 3mm thick cork sheet with suitable holes including providing suitable size of bolts, nuts and washer for transformer top cover complete for transformer of capacity upto 300 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement breather assembly plastic body of standard size, filled with silica gel of transformer of capacity upto 300 KVA complete with nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and connecting galvanised steel wire 3.15mm dia with cradles hexagonal/ rectangular, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coarse aggregates of 20mm graded at different places, around HT pole structure / feeder panel / 33 KV Yard etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine aggregates (fine sand) at different places, around HT pole structure / feeder panel / 33 KV Yard etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement GI tubing light grade 80mm bore with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ alongwith pole with suitable MS clamps, complete for protection of electric cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all 11 KV Yard, 2/4 Pole structures with cutting & removing all grasses, bushes, soil and waste material and through away from the site, levelling 11 KV Yard area, spraying of anti fungus/grass chemical, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each cleaning shall be measured and paid.

M&L for painting of 11 KV 415 Volts transformer of any capacity, outdoor/ indoor type with two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint after cleaning and removing dust & dirt and preparation the surface with sand paper complete including writting MES/SM number on transformer body with the letters 100mm height with systhetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of tree branches from any height and type of trees in route of HT/ LT over head line or near to the HT/ LT over head line as per the direction of Engr-in-charge and cleaning of site. Notes :- (a) Span from one pole to next pole will be measured as one unit/ job. (b) Any damage cause due to contractor's labour will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (c) T&P such as ladder, rope, cutter, axes and other required tools shall be provided by the contractor. (d) The work shall only be carried out after written shut down from concerned official(s) / AGE E/M.

M&L for making bore/ hole to road/ path/ hardstanding for provision of GI pipe 80-100mm bore for passing cable including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mat 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS:15652-2006, (superseding IS:5424), suitable for electrical shock of sizes 2m x 1m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, protected by GI tube light grade 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 cover, reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia round bar handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust and salt and 20mm bore GI watering pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh including dismantling old UNSV earthing and removal thereof, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be include in quoted rates. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, protected by GI tube light grade 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 cover, reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia round bar handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust and salt and 20mm bore GI watering pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh including dismantling old UNSV earthing and removal thereof, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in quoted rates. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

M&L for maint free safe earthing system (set of four electrod to be used as grid for equipment earthing) each pit complete with 01 Number UL 467 approved / CPRI tested copper bonded (copper cladded earth rod with 250 microns of copper cladding) earth rod with 17.2mm dia 3000mm long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 120mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.50 mtr deep below normal ground level or 'L' shape in case of rocky condition (2 ft deep and 8 ft horizontol) with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 500mm below normal ground level, provision of copper bus bar of size 200mmx25mmx6mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip of size 25mm x 3mm and further connected to test point terminal block, complete all as directed. Each earth pit shall be include minimum 50 Kg (two bags of 25 Kg each) NABL Lab Certified back fill compound and 6 Kg (two container of 3 Kg Each) NABL Lab Certified conductive gel compound for filling bore holes with mother soil mixed in 1:3 ratio (one part of back fill compound and three part of mother soil), so as to achieve earth resistance below 1.0 Ohm including exacavation of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover (cost of poly pit chamber with polyplastic pit cover shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates) including dismantling old UNSV earthing and removal thereof, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (a) Copper strip beyond test point shall be measured and paid separately (b) Contractor shall give guarantee of minimum 5 yrs for the earting carried out by him. (c) The quoted rates shall be included test point made of phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long brass nuts and bolts. (d) Any other fittings /fixtures if technically required for archieving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (e) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for repair to road after laying of protection pipe for cable/ water pipe with 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam with crushed course stone aggregates (granite, trap, basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller and providing 75mm consolidated thick premixed bituminuous macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 by weight of total mix and preparing BM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finaly fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm of paving bitumen Grade VG-10 and provide 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed carpet with 0.27 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 14.6 Kg of binder (paving bitumen) and applying liquid seal coat @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum stone chippings 6.3mm size and rolled with8-10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, removing dust and other deposited materials on HT tubular pole of 11 Mtr long by scraping and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms, clamps etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour and pattern of the paint shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for HT cable route indicator, made out of GI plate 3mm thick and 6 inches dia duly marked with working voltage and route indicator, fixed with angle iron of size 25x25x3mm thick, 50cm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, of size 20x20x20cm in ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L including Engineer / Technician to calibrate/ servicing the VCB in Sub Stn of make Cromption Greevs as exist to trip immediately in case of fault (overload current / earth fault) and replace minor parts i.e HRC fues 2 Amps, indicator lamp, control wiring if required at site and make them 100% serviceable throughout the year including servicing of VCB, oiling, greasing, cleaning with blower from inner and outer side, decarburizing of the links with CRC spray, Magger test (IR Value) E-RYB, RY-YB, BR-RR, Y'Y', B'B' (Contact Resistance) of vacume interupter RYB in on condition outside of panel. Checking of lubrication of various interlock and checking serviceability of all mechanical parts, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The above job will be carried out at perodicity of three month common of work i.e 1st time within three month from the commencement of work and 2nd time within six months. (ii) The rates for changing of minor parts shall be deemed to include in quoated rates.

Notes :- An amount of Rs. 77,214.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
